Overall, the stay was acceptable in most aspects. However, the bed sheets were extremely soiled, far from being clean.

I still have no clue how this place got a 7!!!! It was like walking into the pits of hell. Dirty stinky and very unsavory characters lurking about. Worst ever.

There was nothing likable at the place. The entire surroundings were filthy and we were unable to stay there, especially because they had a heap of bags of trash in front of our door. When I requested for them to be moved as they were uncomfortable due to numerous flies all over the trash, he responded that he's busy and will take care of the trash when he's done. He was very nonchalant about what would have made us spend a night there. There was nothing likable about the premises, especially cleanliness.

Exceptional

The room itself was extremely clean. However, the room and the property were in total disrepair. There was holes in the wall. The wall is trying to fall down in the bathroom. Burn holes in the sheets and blankets. The property is very quiet. The air conditioner keeps going off in the middle of the night. I gave it two stars only because you could tell that the room had been extremely cleaned. There was no dust anywhere. There was no bedbugs. But no honesty I’d rather spend the extra 20 bucks to stay at the hotel across the street where I know it’s cleaner nicer and know that the walls are not gonna fall in.

Pleasant

Sheets were filthy, had to ask for clean sheets and make own bed. 1/4 inch gap when door shut. Ceiling patched and coming down in places and wouldn't step foot in the dirty tub. This facility shouldn't be on hotels.com

Fridge over frozen some lights don't work. If the power goes out they should refund the night but they won't cause "it's an act of God", one of the worst hotels out there.

The room were over all clean and the second room we was put in the AC did work better than the first room. But the only thing we have noticed is a mouse. And I am truly not for that.

The first room we had 203 the air was excellent, the second room me having the AC won't blow cold so it is barely tolerable in here.

Do not stay here they have roaches and mice they don’t change sheets or clean tubs this is not a place to pay and stay they need to close this hotel down

Worst room ever infested with mice and roaches. Mold on walls and ceiling holes in the floor.

Food and water bottles left on the floor. Bathroom had holes in the wall. Room is about 20 years past due for renovation. The ground was dirty. The swimming pool has a tree growing up through it. I do not recommend this property.

I drove to another hotel to look for another room somewhere. But everything was booked for miles around. I called the motel and asked what was going on and why the people all over. I had to go back and check in. It was awful. I could not hear the guy behind the glass because one of the guys was rudely playing something on his phone.

The front desk was very helpful in person. Only stay here if you’re very comfortable with a roughly maintained facility and can sleep in that environment.
