They had no power. Charged me anyway for the reservation. Will not refund. Expedia will not refund because they can’t get in contact with the property. Thinking this ain’t legal.

Arriving to the hotel caught me off guard. The outside pictures of the hotel was not the same as advertised on hotels.com. I'm assuming its going through renovations which would also explain the name difference too. Sigh the linen needs to be changed. I had my son ask for new dry towels because we had some with hair attached. The first room we walked into was not cleaned and it made me feel like damn is this a hole in the way hotel and I was ready to check out but everywhere else was booked out. The staff were helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating. I do feel the rooms could really use some cleaning and they could use new linens overall. My stay not bad at all. PS pool was closed.

The staff was just decent but the rooms are terrible

This place was horrible. We walk into the room it smells like mildew and sex. I wish I was exaggerating. Half the lights in the room don’t work, there’s two TVs for some reason one in front of the other. One simply didn’t come on. The other wouldn’t connect to the hotels WiFi. There were stains on the couch. Stains on the bed. The entire bed had that sex/mildew smell. We left after like 2 hours. We decided it was better to continue driving exhausted than stay there, then I reached out to them for a refund as this was ridiculous and I was ignore, I don’t even understand how this place is allowed to operate.

Checked in and went to our room. The door would not lock. Went and requested another room, that room had no towels so we went back to the front desk and asked for towels. The desk clerk was a jerk about it. No once was an apology issued. The bathroom was gross, the fan had stuff falling out of it, the bathtub was dirty and gross and there was mold on the ceiling. Neither my wife or I would take a shower. The sink leaked on the floor when in use. We had to put a towel under it to contain the water. We couldn’t get out of this place fast enough. There was also no continental breakfast in the morning

No me gusto el servicio y estaba sucio

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I stayed here multiple times over two months for probably 18 days. The bed was comfortable. The TV had good selection. The lights worked no bugs. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is under renovation and there was a tornado in the area taking that into consideration, not a bad hotel.

Shower didn’t work. Room was hot and stuffy. Someone accessed my room in the middle of the night. The room smelled like mildew.

This hotel was a mess. Dirty common areas, dirty rooms, terrible smell in lobby and even worse smell in room.

Nasty room terrible service

The entire property appeared to be in the middle of construction. The hallways were dark, there were bags covering the fire alarms, and the overall condition of the hotel was dirty and unwelcoming. It was also scorching hot, and the air conditioning was clearly not working properly. The room and property were so uncomfortable and unclean that I couldn’t bring myself to stay. I ended up taking a quick shower and leaving that same night. I didn’t even stay overnight. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely not recommend staying here until the construction is complete and the property is properly cleaned, maintained, and brought back up to an acceptable standard.

We didn't even stay the night bc the room was so dirty

This “hotel” is 100% mid-construction. They should not be renting out rooms. No towels, burns in the sheets, fridge not working, sink not working, etc.
-
The dresser drawers had decaying food (over a week) in them, the coffee pot had mold in it, and the room was covered in dust. The bed was comfortable, but we had bites on us the next day. I am not sure if it was the bed or the cough in the room. The bathroom had blood on the floor, a loggie in the tub, hair in the shower, and bugs on the towels. We were not offered another room that night by the staff. Security: no working cameras, the side door was broken and could not use a keycard to open it. Someone, put a piece of wood to keep the door open. NO MANAGER was on property to assist us in a refund or other accommodations.

not as advertised. Not clean.

This is a very hard review to write because there is no words how to describe how horrible this hotel was. It should be condemned. When we first got there, they said that there was no rooms for myself and two young children but after they switched their minds a few times, they suddenly found rooms. They were both on opposite sides of the hotel. I knew it was a bad sign when as soon as you enter, there were numerous signs saying "NO REFUNDS." When myself and my nine year old got to our room, she immediately started crying. There was one outlet that worked. The TV was broken, one working lamp, dirty bathroom, mold on the carpet, stains on the sheet, and what may have been a blood stain on the wall. My wife's room had two TVs for some reason, both didn't work. The carpet and the bathroom floor was wet and dirty, like someone just used it. We picked this hotel because of the free hot continental breakfast and the pool for the kids. Both pools were not working and the breakfast consisted of fruit loops, and plain white bread and bagels with additional signs saying that there would be an extra charge if bringing it to your room. We spent $120 on this room and I've stayed in way better places that were $60. If we hadn't gotten there at 12:30 PM with kids after driving all day, we would have left immediately. We left as soon as it was morning. Beware at all costs!

Clean room, and staff were friendly.
-
Broken windows, you could see construction through the windows, property looked deserted, smelled of mold in the lobby, used the bathroom in the lobby no toilet paper. We did not even check in - we just left.
-
This place just simply should not be open. Too many issues to list, elevator doesn’t work, stains, town linens, broken AC, sticky floor. Everything in disrepair. Housekeeper was the lone bright spot.

Do not stay here. The pictures don’t show the real deal. This place is gross.
