The hotel was clean and we were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff at the front desk. She was very pleasant and kindly addressed any questions we had about our stay. However, I was not pleased to wake up to housekeeping banging on the door at 9:30 in the morning to “check the rooms”. We clearly had our ‘Do Not Disturb’ tag on the door, so I’m confused with the reason for the disturbance. We were also awaken in the early morning by a barking dog, but I guess that’s the risk we were taking with staying at a pet friendly hotel. I don’t typically have complaints about my hotel stays. This stay wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t the best either, especially for the amount of money that was spent.

A little dated and worn. The bathroom just needs to be torn out and refurbished. Also the HVAC unit was extremely noisy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was stranded when my vehicle broke down and the staff were very understanding of my situation. I stayed in the lobby after check out while my vehicle was worked on.

Just need a little coffee in the lobby…great that there is ice water in lobby

Rooms were clean. I felt safe. Water pressure was great. Pillows are awful.

we stayed over the 4th, our TV remote did not work, and it took until the 5th for it to get fixed. Good breakfast, but there is a charge, and they were really pushy to get me to sign the book, even though I left the breakfast card on the book. No plates, and the staff was upset that we tried to grab clean ones from the stack that was visible behind the counter. Only one elevator working the weekend we were there, and it was busy since it was the 4th weekend

The room was standard if maybe a little outdated by today’s standards. The air conditioning unit stopped working during the night and then we found fruit flies in the orange juice during breakfast. Kind of unfortunate. The shower had hot water and the bedding was clean. One of the better hotels for the area but would probably not stay again.
