Gated parking area safe for motorcycles, Location Is quiet and very near ferry terminal. Bathroom not well maintained. Everything jammed and shower head broken but nobody on site to fix any issues. Breakfast is basically just a coffee with biscuits.

Helper woman did her work very well. She did not speak English but we communicated with translator very well. There is one thing that the pillowcase was kind of dirty that it made pimple on my face except this everything was wonderful

Close to the bus (both long distance and local). First floor made it easy. A little bit more breakfast would have been better.

"Stromboli" has a private bathroom, and you don't need to leave your room to get there, like the other rooms. The WiFi didn't reach "Stromboli" and the owner wasn't helpful. She even lied about it. So, I checked out early.

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! We were rejected by this property a day before our arrival. The owner called us on the phone to ask us to cancel the booking because they are not available to accommodate us. They do this in order not to pay penalties for cancellation. But you should never cancel by yourself, that is the property’s responsibility. We called booking afterwards and after two days on the phone and so much money for the telephone bill, we were so disappointed in BOOKING because no o e was taking us seriously and they maid us to get to the property and of course there was no one there and at the and we were left on the streets of Messina, even though we already spoke with three different agents from BOOKING. And after an hour long conversation with the fourth agent they gave us another accommodation. But the torture that we had for two days, cannot be compensated with anything. So, BOOKING take this property off your site. And if you are interested in booking those accommodation and you are reading this, please do not book with this person, they manipulate and lie.

Private parking, I parked my motorcycle inside, behind a fence. It was clean and spacious. There was pizza bar nearby and market. When I arrived it was raining and there was noone there, gate was closed. No ring bell or anything. I couldn't call because I didn't have italian number. Finally I asked a local to call them and then they told me how to get in.. The room they told me on the phone is mine turned out to be occupied with a couple, and I disturbed them.

Very nice big room, location is very convenient, close to mant sights and the Duomo. Light breakfast and a very pleasant lady serving it.

I was the only one staying at this B&B at a time of my reservation; I enjoyed the terrasse, calmness, and a good breakfast. Roxie was very nice and helpful and made me feel welcome. Everything was super-clean. There was no communication about check-in on booking; host did not reply on Booking so I had to reach them over whatsapp to receive codes and guidance. The check-out time on Booking is wrong! It is 11:00 on booking but host says you must check out at 10, which was not a very nice experience given that checkout time was one of the criteria for me while choosing the place to stay. Wifi was not working in my room, so I had to sit in the kitchen or terrasse. It's a bit challenging to open the gate from the inside as there were no instructions from the host.
