They were kind to let us check in early. There is not reception people but communication through booking.com or whatsup is efficient. Luggage storage is also a plus, although unattended but secure anyway. Very clean accommodation, in the shared kitchen hot and cold beverages were supplied every time. The room (Istanbul) was a bit small for 3 people.

The property is on the street along the water front. Very close to the ferry port. If you’re coming or going by ferry it’s very convenient. The breakfast was very good. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The host was very nice to let us check in a couple hours early. We were fortunate to find parking on the very busy street but I’ll bet in the busy summer months parking could be a problem. There are not any sit down restaurants close by. You need to walk several blocks for drive.our rooms right across from the kitchen so it was a little loud early in the morning, luckily we weren’t sleep in.

1. The shower is really small. 2. I was sent a code to enter 15 minutes before my arrival time. I've been in Italy for a while and have mobile internet, so it was ok but it's something that should be communicated more clearly so that especially foreigners from non-EU countries are aware of this.

I booked fairly last minute because I needed a place for 10 days to get some work done. Very friendly staff and a nice and quiet place with shops and coffee shops nearby. Getting to Messina Centro by bus is easy, just download the ATM app and buy a bus ticket valid for 100 minutes after activation. Breakfast was Italian cornetto. Catching the ferry the next morning this place was ideal. Exceptionally clean with good self serve breakfast.

The location was where I wanted it and it was clean. The cleaning lady came waaayyy to early. Nobody should be cleaning in such a small space at 8am in the morning, especially before the 10am check out time. She was very noisy for one, two her presence was disturbing and discomforting for the small 4 bedroom area that made up the "hotel". The noise in the area echoed which was difficult for sleeping past 7am when the earliest risers every action is clearly audible. I wouldn't recommend for light sleepers not on a budget.
