The property was nicely situated off of a main road and near a public transport station. N/A

The decor and the location. The communication specifically the manager Andres. My stay was wildly and largely overshadowed by the behavior of manager Andres. He completely ignored my inquiries on multiple occasions and so it definitely affected my initial excitement about my stay. Update: Franchesca, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to apologize on his behalf.

Very beautiful hostel, beds have a lot of privacy and everything is clean. Bath products are also provided. There’s no elevator and somewhat steep stairs, apart from that everything was perfect

Great option if you're looking to stay in the Condesa neighborhood! I found the location to be very convenient and would consider staying here again in the future. I wish the showers were separate from the rest of the room but they are quite transparent about this so just something to be aware of.

I stayed in the female dorm. Although there were 10 beds, each bed gives enough privacy. The rooms are cleaned each day. Wifi works well, and you can work upstairs in the kitchen area at any time of the day/night. There are no private spaces to call, so keep that in mind (noise cancelling headphones should do the trick). The female dorm rooms are (sometimes) cleaned by male cleaners. You don't know which time they will show up, so you can find yourself faced with a man in your room at any time during the day. It happened to me several times that I was changing/taking a shower and suddenly there was a man in our female dorm.

Comfy I did not like that the sink was in the room , and not in the bathroom. also it was right in the middle, which was very disturbing when someone wanted to get ready earlier.

I was diagnosed with scabies after my stay here, so I will never be returning becuase I suspect my stay here as the cause. During my stay, I also suffered from food poisoning, and getting any kind of assistance from the 24/7 front desk staff was extremely difficult. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful, but the actual downstairs staff were very unhelpful and dismissive. At one point, I had to practically beg for trash bags to vomit into. I also repeatedly had to ask them to bring up medication I had ordered through Uber, even though my room was the first door by the stairs. I explained multiple times that if I had to go downstairs, I would likely throw up on the stairs, yet I still had to keep having the same conversation over and over. Overall, this was a very stressful and unpleasant experience during a time when I was seriously ill and needed basic support. P.S. then the owner apparently reported me for "mistreatment" conveniently after my negative review. Me, who was too sick to talk and move somehow had the energy to mistreat...a staff? I can only assume since they didn’t go in details. I attached our WhatsApp communication (the only words used other than the spoken "Hi and goodbye" so anyone can see the "mistreatment."
