I did not like Claudia offering me a dirty towel. Claudia also charge me for another room an additional charge stated the room I had was a bigger bed made me pay 70 pesos or get out. While checking out Claudia state chinga tu made fuck your mother? I was charge extra money for the same room I stayed in the first night. I was offered a dirty towel. This is the cheapest hostel in Mexico, so don't expect much. Still, the room and the bed are clean, the shower is hot and the kitchen has the basic minimum of supplies. Metro station is next door, shops, diners and markets are all within walking distance.

Most guests were young and friendly Room was tiny, no windows, bedbugs, toilet and cold water showers far away on other floors

Nothing at all to recommend. The stuff wasn’t helpful. we asked for a fan, we went to ask twice but they never brought it. The bed sheet wasn’t clean at all. Shower and toilets are really not clean. We booked a hostel in Mexico city few days before and it was amazing, clean (for the same price ). I can assure you, this one is not worth the money at all. The walls are so thin you can hear literally everything, same in the corridor. If you are facing the street, good luck to find your sleep.

The location was the only positive to the whole experience. When I arrived I was given a room with a bed that literally looked like a cradle, that mattress must be at least 10 years old, or older, there was no wifi on the floor I stayed. The sheets were not washed, they had the hair from the previous person still on them, stains as old as the mattress, The customer service of the staff has quite a bit of room for improvement, they were rude and made no effort whatsoever to make the stay more comfortable. This place it’s definitely not worth the money paid.

Washroom stalls and showers had much better ventillation than the other hotel I lived in in Mexico city and nothing ever smelled bad. Never ran out of toilet paper. Hot water always plentiful for the shower. Only once was I disturbed by guests being noisy middle of the night in all the time spent there. Kitchen was also better than the otehr place I used to live. Also, this was the first place I ever lived in Mexico that I never got sick once. No flu or anything. Nothing contaminated. That is a major bonus. Means it's healthier and cleaner. Only thing that remained terrible was the seating. These benches are terrible and super uncomfortable. Also if you sit on the edge, the bench will tip and you can fall over. Very bad. And because they are just a bench, no back support, people are often seen leaning against the wall because your back gets strained and you get tired just from sitting. That was most of the real problem left. Microwave did break though in the relatively short time I was there. So they better resolve that too, that was among the most convenient thigns there, when it broke, it had a major impact and I have to spend 10 minutes trying to heat up something and use more gas, rather than quick and easy microwave.

Shower water was to hot and very light water as it would shut.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, and respectful guest. Everything was great!

Can't beat this price for a private room with its own door — it's barebones, of course, but you could easily pay more than this for a multi-bed hostel. I feel that anything I mildly disliked should be dismissed as the core thing here is: CHEAP. SMALL ROOM WITH DOOR. Of course there's going to be tiny annoyances.

beg bugs, loud
-
good location one of the employees who is a man was no too polite
-
Good price Close to the metro

The reception service
-
Quite central location, low price - that's all The staff requires everyone to leave common areas at the check-out time. The room with no windows, mold on the walls, super noisy. Not a single chair in the whole hotel.

Staff very friendly from the night crew to the night crew. Pillows were very thin or extra blankets.
