Another wonderful experience with Frida Costa Azul. This was my fifth time staying here. I have neck and back issues due to injuries sustained in the military. The sweet cleaning lady supplied me with a softer pillow. Gracias Señora. In addition, this hotel is pretty much within walking distance of Historic Downtown Initially, the hard, bulky pillows.

Really enjoyed my stay here, I was in a 4 star hotel for a week before this in Reforma and this hotel was miles better! Staff were really friendly, decent gym, complementary coffee, pastries' and fruit from around 8am to 10:30. Wifi was great too. The area at night looks a bit sketchy but I didn't have any problems. N/A

Clean, good location, good value, good staff, good amenities It's next to a big road so it's loud, especially in the day. You'll need to be a heavy sleeper or wear earplugs. The windows do nothing and should be the first thing to be upgraded.

Everything else is PERFECT , but the rooms facing the street are toooooo noisy!! IMPOSSIBLE to sleep !! The windows provide virtually no sound insulation, it's exactly like sleeping on the street. And, lots of motos and trucks passing by, all drove me crazy !! Noise. All street-facing rooms should not be rented out as guest rooms until they have been properly soundproofed !

Cleanliness, size of the room, the staff The noise. There was just no way to get away with it. I turned the AC on which masked the traffic noise a bit, but it made the room cold and was not enough for the noise.

You can reach everything conveniently. The subway. A huge supermarket. The literal center. Have no complaints at all about the accommodation. Everything you need is given. On the weekend in the close vicinity of the hotel , mostly everything shuts down. Some of the side roads might not be to the liking of some travelers but for me , it was not really a big deal.
