Cleanliness, staff, design, location Lighting in the room was dim even with all lights on. Bed was very hard.

Convenient. Taxis can get to it easily. No aircon. The window opened out into a box of concrete, which was internal-facing. No view of Mexico as all. Breakfast was missold! It’s just fruit and coffee.

It has an amazing g location close to different metro lines. I love how at night there’s a security guard. Everything was always clean and the food at the cafe was also pretty good. The pillow was terrible, the lack of AC or a fan in the room and an additional lock on the door.

The location was excellent. Ideal for the subway and the historic centre The staff friendly, helpful and kind. The room was sound. The breakfast offering was not as good as I had expected after reading the reviews. Any thing above a small fruit salad you were expected to pay for. I was expecting a full breakfast.
