Me encanto la ubicación, súper céntrico, tenía dos estaciones de metro caminando, muy seguro, hasta podría decir que medio fresón, varios restaurantes, aurreras, farmacias, zonas turísticas, De lo mejor. El agua caliente a cualquier hora Por el precio es dificil exigir mucho, pero se me hizo incómodo tener la taza del baño dentro de donde te bañas, no hay una division La amabilidad es muy poca, pero sin llegar a ser groseros. Te dan tu llave, toallas y ya, como en motel. El único día que pedí servicio al cuarto, le di mi llave a la camarera en la mañana, y en la noche llego, y no lo hicieron.

The location was excellent. It was a bit more basic than what I expected for the price. There was also no towel.

Location is great with the trolleybus line 1 being right on the street and many metro stops, wifi was good, and staff are patient with my poor spanish!

That was not really bad. Fair Price For The Location. There Is Not Unplugged to charge my phone, and the water was licking all the time. They gotta fix the Problem in general was Not bad.

The location and the price. There is 1 outlet in the entire room and it's loose so it doesn't hold the charger. Also the shower is on top of the toilet so after showering the entire bathroom is soaked. Last, they didn't clean my room in the 3 days I was there.

The person who received us in the Hotel Lobby was very nice. She was the only nice person we met. The night-shift receptionist was a very upset lady. She was very rude. The room is insanely small, 3m×3m. The sink was outside the bathroom and 10 centimeters away from the bed. No A/C, no fan just a 20×15 cm window.

The staff was very friendly and like a 15 minute walk to Palacio de Bellas Artes very good location. The only thing I recommend is to put a fan in the room.

Loved the fact it was near several locations in the city I wanted to check out. All within walking or short bus ride distance. The room size was more than adequate for me. Was able to sleep through the night. My only gripe is perhaps the lack of AC but again... It is a bargain regardless.

I loved the breakfast, milk, coffee was always available. It had nice view from the room. The staff women were a bit noisy .
