This hotel was clean and close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The weather was warm and each room had its own little fan, which was very helpful

Great location, a very nice building and the decoration of the room has a unique touch to it. The doors and windows are a bit old and it's difficult to find the entrance but overally it's not something that would stop me from staying again.

Very centrally located. Close to a major transportation hub for buses and the subway system. Close to attractive neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa and other areas/sites of interest to tourists. The hotel is charming, staff lovely and helpful.

Out door seating. They didn't even provide wash cloths!

Excellent location, very central (next to the Angel of Independence), 30 mins walk to historic centre and 20 to Roma Norte. Peaceful but close to everything. Welcoming and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast.

Fantastic location. On a quiet, tree-lined street. The building and its setting are charming - a green oasis in the center of the city. The room was large. The staff was extremely kind, polite and helpful.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, charm, price

The place is charming and you cannot do better for location. There are decent restaurants and cafes right out the door and the neighborhood is tree-lined and nice to walk in. As for the hotel rooms, don't be cheap. My room was way better than my friends' rooms, large and sunny, because I paid a little more.

It was locked in so you knew that no one from outside would be able to enter the garden. The garden was beautiful and set of rooms and balconies were unique. The coffee in restaurant was excellent. Some of the rooms were outdated. We had two and one was much more renovated than the other. One didn’t have hooks in bathroom and the safe didn’t work. Also, the restaurant didn’t open until 7:30 and no where to get coffee until then.

Amazing location just 1 1/2 blocks off Reforma. But despite the location in a very busy area, hotel was perfectly quiet at night. Room was spacious, very clean and super comfortable. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Hotel staff was uniformly helpful. Very highly recommended!! Only downside — very few electric outlets. But that is typical for an older building.

I loved the welcoming courtyard that made the hotel seem like a haven from busy city life. The eating space at the hotel is quite welcoming and attractive, with reasonably priced and good food. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic. The shower was a bit tight and the showerhead needed to be de-calcified, so water flowed properly. I also felt bad to have to run the water for a bit before it got warm. But the shower worked fine, ultimately, and the entire bathroom was quite clean.

Location. Hot water , nice room , felt very safe The duvet continued to fall to the floor and nights are cool !!!

The hotel was safe, beautiful, simple, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
