The earthquake.

The location. The staff is rude and the room smelled a lot of poppers which caused me a headache since I was there for several days. The toilet still had pee from who knows.

Location was really good, close to metro and buses. Very clean and housekeeping was impressive with daily routine. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. They were quick to fix lighting when informed. Only complaint is that you can hear noises outside

Passable

Upon arrival they had small power outages of maybe 10 seconds. Weird. One morning the fire alarm wouldn't shut up and maintenance had to come into each room and take the batteries out.

I liked the hot water, I liked the location The staff was very unfriendly. The bed was so uncomfortable.

Nothing Dirty, noise, smoking people, unsafe, is not a hotel is a motel

Exceptional

The location....its less than 3 miles to the bellas artes walking. The barrio, la obrera, is great if you like a working mans neighborhood.
-
The noise, the lack of facilities as an air conditioner, or at least a fan. The fact that it is a suggestive place explicitly for couples. The uncomfortable bed and big pillows.

It’s very noisy and could be cleaner.

Superb

The location was good. Also, the room was cleaned everyday, and the linens and towels were changed everyday. This place is a motel for adults with lots of noise from music, people, kids running and yelling... Consider bringing earplugs if you're staying here, but definitely not a good place to rest after a day of walking. I had to book another room in another hotel after the second night. Also, the bed is not comfortable. The wals are dirty and full of mold. There was water leaking from the sink.

Pleasant

Other people, especially the kids, were too loud at nights. After asking then to be quit, they just laughed and ignored everything i politely said. That seemed very rude to me.

The room had many cockroaches as well as under the tv was not cleaned at all. There was one staff member that was slightly mean unlike the other staff members.

Our 3rd floor room was clean and tidy and all the required furniture provided. The room was cleaned daily. The wifi was good during the first day on the second night it went down, and we did mention this to the receptionist, and he told us he asked us to sit in the lobby to access the same. Hot and cold water is provided from a filter provided in the lobby, along with coffee, and a microwave to heat food, if required. There are sufficient electric wall sockets throughout the room and light switches are easily accessible from the bed. Beer, alcohol, cold drinks and bottles of water are available tor sale too. There are quite a few eateries and supermarkets around the hotel area. The reception also held onto our bags after checkout. The rooms look just as in the profile pics. There is no hanger in the bathroom, o ly behind the entrance door. The hot water in the shower takes a while.
