Location is fine for subway & Buses connections to enjoy the all nice places in the City Ask for toilet paper when it must be included either in the room or in my hands

This was an excellent budget stay. A hostel is always as good as your neighbors, and I had some noisy ones in the middle of the night.

So I ended up using the shared bathrooms anyway. —- Just to warn anyone that is considering a private bathroom! Save your pesos and just use the shared ones!—-

I accidentally booked a room with a shared bathroom without realizing it, that room was pretty basic but ok for the price. It was during los dias de las muertos so everything was fully booked in the city and I couldn't really do anything to rectify my mistake. But the staff here went above and beyond to help me feel more comfortable. They were truly lovely and because of them I would stay here again. They moved me to a room with a private bathroom and that second room was much better. CO working space was decent as well. The location is great.

Rooms are small but offer value for money. Great location to get around Roma and Condesa areas. Externally well kept and good ambience. The weekends are loud and noisy. Windows are not sound proof. During the week there is music from the restaurant that starts early morning to 9pm ish and can be heard throughout the property so not the best environment for the coworking space. The bathrooms had a strange smell that sipped into private rooms

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to the places I wanted to go to (Roma Norte, Condessa, Centro Historico) A little bit loud in the evenings due to the soccer field in front of the window but I had earplugs, which helped.

Good location, hot water in showers. Overpriced for what it offers. Rooms are small with hard mattresses and terrible pillow. The restaurant blast music from 9am to 8pm everyday including Sunday which makes the co-working space unusable for calls and sleeping late impossible. Several toilets and showers doors are broken and not to be repaired apparently. The kitchen has not been cleaned up in years apparently and is not be used. If they would up their game 15% instead of putting all their efforts on the restaurant it would be so much better.

Really the only thing I can think of is since the windows didn't have screens, mosquitoes got into the room so I ended up with a few bites but nothing too bad.

    Good location

Location and cafe/restaurant Mixed showers, paying $200 for a shower after checking out

Good location in a nice area of Mexico City. The room was too cold and the windows were not closing properly. No towels were offered or any other personal cleaning item. My booking was not registered properly and I paid more than announced on the app

Everybody that works here is so friendly and helpful they went out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect! I love the place there's a giant ballroom at the top floor with a group of artists painting-there's a roof deck with amazing views over the city and a soccer field right behind with people playing soccer to keep you engaged- there's an organic Cafe on the first level with excellent prices the rooms have a lot of classic details.

The room was perfect for us and it had everything for one night stop to see Teotihuacan and the museum. They have purified water available, beds are comfy and location is very safe. We could also check in earlier and store our bags after check out. Room is fairly small and even if we requested a double bed we received a twin room but this did not bother us at all. During our stay there was no hot water and the kitchen is very very basic

The staff were very friendly and helpful A couple of suggestions. Add soap to the bathrooms. Add hooks in the showers to hang towel and clothes.

Decoration of the facilities. The customer service offered by staff member Jerónimo was unacceptable. He is extremely rude, and said that my reservation was not there so I could not get my room with private bathroom. He placed me and my sister in the most noisy and horrible room. I do not recommend this place if he is still working there.

I really enjoyed seeing staff present 24 hrs a day and the cleanliness of the building. The staff was friendly, informative and very helpful. I would definitely return or recommend for a short stay. The bright lights of the soccer field next door shined bright into my 3rd floor window so I had to keep curtain closed to avoid glare. The noise level in the morning from the elementary school, and the soccer game mouse was a bit much at times which made it a challenge to go to bed early or sleep in late.

Worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The bathrooms and showers are in one room, both male and female , no separate bathrooms. The kitchen has no plates cups or silverware to use. Drinking water not provided in the kitchen. In the evening I stood outside the front door for 15 minutes before they let me in. Terrible mosquito bites in the small private room. Just an awful miserable place to stay.
