The location was really well, staff very friendly, clean free water. There were three towels for four people, not good sound isolation, it was not possible to open the windows.

Very handy place to stay in Roma. Very nice staff. Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfy bed. Clean. Huge sized room that I was in. Very good value. There weren't any windows in my room that could be opened. A bit noisy as it was right above the car park. Only quibbles though overall a very nice stay.

Several times I had problems with hot water in my room. Every time the issue was solved by the hotel staff, however it was a bit annoying having to go and ask for help every time I needed hot water.
