Location Cleaning, was really bad.

Great location. In the pedestrian mall in the city centre. Very close to the underground train system and buses. Lots of mosquitoes. Even sitting in the foyer got bitten numerous times.

Nothing The halls and lobby look nice, but the rooms are in terrible shape, they are old, moldy, noisy. Regarding the location you would think it is great as the "Majestic" hotel is at the heart of the city, but the political protests outside, the meaningless fairs they set in the main plaza, and the blocked walkways by the police, make a big congestion of people and cars. Uber is impossible to get close. The area is crowded, noisy, chaotic. I regret staying in this area. The rooms are old, unkempt, smelly. No AC and the shower had no cold water but only very hot. The shower has mold everywhere, the towels, supposedly white are gray and rough. Our room had no windows, just a wall of blurring glass blocks. There was an office on the other side of the wall, we could see the employees moving and hear them chatting, playing music. They left the light on until 2:00 am, and we had no curtains to block the light. I complained 3 times to three different people. Only once they turned the light off, but later at 3:00 am it was on again! If you have bad neighbors you can hear them chatting at night, using the hairdryer. There is no windows, the only vent is clogged with tissue paper. The restaurant has a nice view, with good service but it is expensive. The margaritas are small and feel like Mocktails, with very little alcohol. Housekeeping comes at 8:00 am waking everyone on the floor, knocking on doors, to make you come to the door and say "I will be back later when you are not in the room ". To sum up, AVOID! Stay somewhere else!!

The location of our room was amazing, right in thr middle of everything. The view from our room was breath taking. I loved that I go to wake up every morning with the view of the Mexican flag from the Zocalo right outside my window. The staff was so friendly and respectful and kind. They always made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. We did go when there were major event happening, the final game of the world cup and during our stay there was some kind of protest and because of that the main street to the entrance of our hotel was blocked and it took a lot of convincing of the security guards from the city to let us pass to get to our hotel.

La atencion al cliente todo el personal muy amables lo recomiendo.

Great helpful staff and location is near many major tourist attractions in the Historic centre. It is in a no-car, pedestrian-only street , so will have to note that for accessibility issues. but the support staff did actually help me find a taxi and helped with dropping off my luggage to the car too. Many good restaurants, etc around. Not very soundproof on the lower levels

Very noisy in the Zocalo until midnight every night

The hotel is at a wonderful and convenient location, you are right in the heart of El Centro Historico. The architecture of the hotel and the decor is beautiful as well. And to top it off the staff was wonderful. All of them were not only nice but also helpful. They have taxi service to the airport and at the time I went the Zocalo was closed because of the world cup, so one of the staff walked with us to the pick up location (he carried our luggage to the taxi). The elevator is a little slow but that is because it’s an old model and there needs to be a staff member inside to open and close it. Also when I say slow I mean if you are in a higher floor going down. But from the ground floor up is good.
