Casa Herrmann Suites

It’s near the places I wanted to visit. The receptionist that greeted us when we arrived. He was rude and condescending. He thought we don’t understand Spanish he basically told us in Spanish that if we were in Mexico we should speak their language. If that’s how they promote tourism then he just failed tourism 101.

The location is perfect to explore the city, very clean at check in, huge room and big bathroom, patio with a pool - Check in process was fully on paper and took 15 minutes at 10pm after the airport. - There were three of us and we were given just one card for the room. We were told that additional cards are not provided. - 5 nights and zero housekeeping (were told they do every other day), nobody came to even take the trash at least once. - We were told we cannot check out later by an hour, because they “have work to do”. Considering they don’t really do proper housekeeping - not sure what they meant by that. I didn’t see many guests either and many rooms were available for booking. - Clogged sink. - Bed sheets were all stained.

The location is perfect for being in the historic centre. Nothing.

The check in staff, Jose Luis , was very helpful. We arrived at 7am for the World Cup game. Although check in wasn't until 1pm, he offered to store our luggage. That was a huge relief for us. Thank you Jose Luis for going above and beyond for us. Everything was great!! Rooms were clean and very spacious. A light continental breakfast was a plus.

Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. Beds was a bit hard.

Great hotel, super clean and the staff especially were very nice and accommodating! We felt very welcomed and taken care of. There is someone 24/7 at the front and felt safe going in and out at night. (Ladies use uber at night) The rooms are huge and have all amenities. Super quiet as well. It’s located in a decent area and we had no problems, we used taxi/uber the most but there is a metro station nearby. Definitely recommend!

Location Everything was great

Big spacious rooms. Great location We stayed there for 4 nights and not a single day did the cleaning lady went. We had to request new towels for the stay

Great location A/c was not working that day. They didn’t offer any type of compensation

Property is great, clean and beds (which I think are very important), we’re very comfortable! Shower floors are very slippery. Ceramic needs to be treated with an anti-slippery solution noy only putting a mat on the floor!

Centrally located. The common area seemed like an extension of the suite.

Excellent proximity to Zocalo square. Spacious room. The floor in the shower was dangerously slick. The OJ in the morning had a strange chemical taste. (Several other people had abandoned their cups on the buffet table)

Friendly staff, huge rooms, high ceilings, all facilities worked well and central. Nothing to complain about! Nothing

Invaluable Attention from Staff (Jose Luis & William ), big spaces, clean suites, the beds are super comfortable, There is a public parking aside and it is just little noisy in the afternoon

A;lthough in the old, centre part of the city the hotel is essentailly new. The rooms are modern , clean and spacious. The staff is the friendliest I ever encountered. We didn't have breakfast there, so no comment on this.

When you exit the property, the front desk person needs to let you out.

First time being there, usually I stay somewhere else nearby, BUT DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION . 9/10✅ Everything was almost perfect. Very satisfied. Probably need NEWER bath towels.
