Great location typically but zocalo was blocked off due to protests and world cup preparation. Staff assisted in directions to get around this though.

Location was great, the service from staff was exceptional. Room was very comfortable & clean. The Terrace was a beautiful view & the staff there was very friendly.

Central location in a historic neighborhood. Beautiful interior design and a rooftop views. It’s not 5 star hotel. The room has many issues- like broken coffee machine, toilet that won’t flush anything, pillows that are uncomfortable. Gym is extremely hot and they won’t turn on AC unless you ask them and after that it takes time to cool it down.

The location can not be beat - perfect for our FIFA week (and watch party at the Zocalo). Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful - in particular, Cynthia, Andrea and Emmanuel were exceptional. It was also a plus to have a cash machine in the hotel (for pesos) and a taxi driver where we felt comfortable with the drivers. I don't speak spanish and always felt safe and well taken care of. The room could be cold at night - yes, they had a heater but one of us was cold and the other hot. Having extra blankets would have been a plus.

Everything was Grand! The hotel is historic and located in Mexico’s city center, walking distance to everywhere. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again. Marvelous job by everyone who attended us during our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful historic hotel. Nice lounge for gursts. Terrible location due to road and street closures 1. METRO construction 2. Other construction 3. Closed streets for FIFA activities 4. Ever changing Teachers Strike blocking many streets and sidewalks.

Central location. Free coffee and snacks. N/a

I loved the hotel decor. The room, particularly the bathroom, could use an update. The hotel is beautiful and historic. The Jr. suite was nice and spacious, with a nice, large bathroom. An update I suggest is to redo the non-slip matting to get into the tub; it's old and very slippery, including a larger mat to step out onto, again because the marble floor is slippery. The lounge (24 hours a day was a very convenient touch for coffee, water, soda, and snacks, complimentary. The drawback of the location, at least when we are there (week of May 21 for 7 nights), is the protests and street closures. Not the hotel's fault, but you might want to consider this, as it was challenging to get in and out of the Zocalo square by any rideshare. Additional street closures impacted the ability to catch an Uber at times, often having to walk further to catch one. Traffic can also impact your activities. Leave early as traffic is excessive making your travels a little more difficult. There was major construction in Zocalo, impacting the noise and walking across the square. We heard the construction all night and while the view of Zocalo is super nice, the construction did have an impact.

This hotel is fabulous! We were given a larger room at check in, and the entire staff was extremely helpful. The interior space is gorgeous and there is a lovely roof top restaurant. Nothing

We wish there were more amenities and activity in the lobby. It was so quiet! We also wish there were options other than gull buffet for breakfast.

Great location. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is great. A little expensive. Many homeless people in Centro now. Some were sleeping outside door to hotel. They definitely need to replace the towels. Bedding was rough and came off the beds. Needs to be replaced. Hotel looks luxurious but linens are not even close.
