The location was just what we wanted. Safe and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Hippodroma/Condesa is a great neighbourhood to base yourself. Breakfast wasn’t really up to much but not a deal breaker as there’s so many great coffee shops and restaurants within an easy walking distance. The morning coffee was delicious.

Excellent Location. Easy access. Comfortable bed. Hot water. The neighbours apparently have occasional parties that are incredibly loud and go until 1am.

Great location and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and room was a good size. Extra blanket and space heater were very useful. Thankful that they provided the extra blanket I requested. We never had hot water even after commenting about it. We left the water running for 10-15 minutes and nothing.

Location was great The bathroom was in rough shape, it had a pretty bad smell, we struggled to get consistent hot water, and there were quite a few ants. Not all toiletries were provided in the first couple of days, most notably hand soap. The lack of anyone available other than the maid in the morning wasn't ideal, the filtered water ran out one night and it wasn't replaced until after we'd already left the next morning and also there's no one to watch your things if you want to leave them after check out.

Very friendly welcoming staff and pleasant stay in safe area of Mexico City Nil. Simple but adequate breakfast and friendly and helpful service with it.
