The location was great and the building is beautiful! The breakfast was not good, food was cold and had to wait for the batches of food and arrived cold. The bathroom shower was super slippery I almost fell t3 times.

Excellent location at the heart of the city center and very walkable to all the landmarks. Very nice breakfast with good selection of food that rotated daily. Nice city view from the top floor. Very friendly staff. We left luggage behind for few hours following the checkout, which was very convenient. n/a

Value for money Noise level from street high. Front desk staff were not as courteous. Every day only one coffee powder packet was left in the room even after I told them we were two people. Re-entry was always difficult as they locked the entrance door. Breakfast was decent ur not as good.

No hot water, blood spots on bathroom wall. Soap in shower not easy to access without getting drenched by the shower! Very outdated rooms.

In the heart of the historic district. It was clean and the bed linens were very nice. The staff were very accommodating about our early morning departure and also happily stored our luggage for the day. The shower in our room was not great. The nozzle spray was insufficient and the temperature could have been hotter. Also, we had only one coffee packet for two of us.

It was located perfectly within walking distance in order to take in some of Mexicos historical sites. It lacks some amenities that others offer. Or at least I didn’t get a chance to see them. Such as swimming pool, exercise/fitness areas.
