The hotel is very well located, rooms were clean and the staff was efficient. The restaurant onsite offered great food.

Great location Rooms a bit small / run down (though still clean)

I loved the location, safety and cleanliness. I had a room with no windows, in the summer I would not recommend anyone to stay here as there is no AC, just the ceiling fan and if you are there by noon, it will be hot. I was lucky that I arrived in November, when the temperature was cooler.

Staff was courteous The room smelled like a latrine. The bathroom smelled worse. The sink was situated so close to the toilet that it was impossible to sit comfortably and much less wipe oneself comfortably.. there was no blanket just a thin bed spread and flat sheet

Great location The fan in my room did not work in my warm room in the day , then it came on during my last night when the heat was off and the fan made the room colder. I did not like that the open shower was right next to the toilet

Great location. Comfortable A bit dated

There’s no windows in any double rooms. Great location but rooms on the first floor were humid and hot , and no windows at all ! The hotel is very old and needs urgent remodeling

The people are very nice, the food at the restaurant is amazing and it's very well located. We found 2 cockroachs in the room ?

Close to the Zócalo and other central sites. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our sink and toilet regularly clogged with no intense use.

Really can’t accept this hotel room very small with a small bathroom and toilet, only enough a little guy to use, nothing good to a customer for me to stay 1 week there. Didn’t like it at all cos too small room without any facilities except a small TV( I have never use) and a little bathroom.

The hotel was centrally located and very convenient for local shops and cafes and restaurants. It was only a short walk from our conference centre. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and polite and the service was excellent. The hotel restaurant served delicious breakfasts and evening dinners if required and the choices on the menu were healthy and varied and good value. The hotel was within easy reach of public transport including the good metro service and buses. The hotel room provided everything necessary with ample wardrobe space with a useful safety deposit box of a good size with plentiful hangers and the bathroom was clean with good provision of toiletries. The hairdryer in the bathroom was in a perfect position in front of the mirror and was a good force. The electric sockets were good and the hotel WiFi allowed access to any service from all over the world unlike in other hotels I have stayed in. There were no restrictions. Television was provided in the room and the daily cleaning was impeccable. Very adequate mirrors were also provided and the desk was a good size and very useful. it was a great pleasure to converse with the staff in English and Spanish. It felt really great to talk to Mexicans in Spanish as they were so helpful understanding and kind. The hotel had a peaceful and calm family atmosphere. It took a little discovery to locate everything as I had not been to Mexico City before but I would return to the Azores for the location services friendly staff good food value for money and good communications with the rest of the world. Frankly Azores is not a five star hotel and the facilities are a bit old even though they are kept impeccably clean by the daily services. The hotel music switch was a really lovely feature although the music was not exactly my choice. The fan on the ceiling could be rather delightful for those who enjoy that kind of thing but I do not like moving air so I turned it off. The lighting in the room was great but could be turned off if glaring. The washbasin was fascinating and looked like Aztec marble but had a small flaw on it.

Central location useful for exploring parts of the city. Good area during the day time. Cheap and cheerful.. A bit dated and could do with a makeover. Not much going on in the evenings in this area, also not particularly nice to walk around after dark either.

Very nice hotel and good location. Staff was nice and helpful. Little bit uncomfortable bed but it’s not big deal
-
Just the location Is very dirty and old. My room had bedbugs I got bites all over my body. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, there is also a restaurant in the lobby in case you're hungry late in the evening. They have a small elevator. Didn't like that our room wasn't sweeped nor that enough towels were given for the amount of people on the reservation.

Great location. Lovely duty manager Iris and all her staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean with a nice hot shower!
-
Great and staffs, centrally located near the historical Center. The staffs were very helpful and professional The noise level was unbearable and prevented us from sleep. The cisterns keep going all night and it was very loud.

The location. The staff were as helpful as they could be. The bathroom is badly designed and not comfortable. The sound proofing is bad and you can hear music from venues a street away.
