Location, staff and how clean it was. The noise in the bar downstairs and the fact that it didn’t have A/C. Which I knew before doing the reservation of course, but something to consider next time.

There is a nightclub directly under the property which is open and playing music until 2 am. Really impossible to sleep with the banging music…

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nuevo León! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also very charming and fit perfectly with the character of the neighborhood. The best part, though, was the location. You truly can't beat it. Being in the heart of Condesa made it easy to walk to amazing restaurants, parks, and shops. There's also an adorable wine bar and café on the first floor that became one of our favorite spots, and the hotel's bar had such a great atmosphere—it looked like the place to be every evening. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City, I highly recommend Casa Nuevo León. We'd definitely stay here again!

The location and staff was wonderful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great too. Loved the decor inside our hotel room. We needed to wear earplugs every night. The street can be loud.
