They are renovating so maybe it can be a little messy but they are keep always clean and without so much noise. My room was a junior and it was perfect for me alone, very big, always clean, the people who did room services were kind. My father also travel and got the same jr suite, but the bathroom floor was still on reparations. The location is like 4 streets away from Palacio de Bellas Artes or Torre Latinoamericana. There is a bus stop just outside. The street is noisy for being the electronics and music street, but they close early so I could sleep pretty well. One of the elevators is a bit old so sometimes it felt like I was going to get locked in, but anything happens. I supponse that for a person who has claustrophobia or is afraid of elevators I recommend to not use that one. The hotel has two elevators fortunately

Great value

Location was good, albeit on a busy street. In your room, you couldn't hear any external noise. Room was decent value for money. Room wasn't cleaned every day and sometimes given hand towels, sometimes not. But there was always an envelope left, asking for a tip.

Good location. Clean, comfortable rooms, especially the suites. Other rooms somewhat dated. Poor water pressure. Hand shower broken (only overhead available). Could be quite noisy (other guest in corridors - not necessarily hotels fault).

Location was good. You can reach the hotel by public bus (#4) from the airport & to the airport within 45 minutes. The bus stop is just outside the hotel ( El Salvador stop). The hotel is near to the city center, just 10 minutes walk. The hotel & room was clean. The family room was good in size & the bathroom too. The room had a big cupboard, a desk, a chair & a locker. They provided complementary water, enough towels, toilletries, pillows on request. Wifi was not good. On & off every minutes. There could have been a kettle & cups. Maybe complementary tea-coffee too.

Very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent and kept clean during my stay. I would stay here again. A bit noisy on ground floor and mosquitoes. Nothing else.
