City Centro by Marriott Ciudad De México

I love the architecture and design. The room very comfortable and everything very clean. I loved the rooftop with the a very clean small pool. The staff super polite, professional and very helpful. I absolutely love the free bikes too! Oh and the location is great!

The AC was not working. We had to leave the hotel room at 5 am because we were drenched in sweat and the fan they provided was super noisy so we couldn’t get back to sleep. The pool area was full of day pass buyers and there were no tables available for the actual hotel guests.

I love the property because it’s very unique, beautiful and safe & conveniently located… I love everything about the property !!!

This is a beautiful, historic hotel that is peaceful and quite. I loved the terrace on the roof - what a perfect place for breakfast or drinks. It's well located and the staff were very kind. The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms have no windows.

The hotel was in a great location. Very close to the Central City area. Everything in the hotel was very modern. Rooftop was nice. Food at the restaurant was OK.

The AC didn’t work that well but we went there in August so we didn’t need it to be stronger but if you go in hot months this would probably be a problem. Bathroom wall doesn’t go all the way up for us it wasn’t a problem as we went with my husband and two children.

The staff was super nice, everything was clean, the products in the bathroom were great. The WiFi was pretty poor throughout the hotel. Including on the terraza and in the room. Not ideal if working. The pool is pretty nice and only a few lounge chairs.

Nice rooftop bar area. Clean rooms. Amazing reception - hotel is in a converted bank! A little noisy at times and a walk or taxi to some sites but that is probably the case for everywhere in Mexico City.

Our stay at City Centro was very comfortable, rooms are clean. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop coffee and cocktail bar. We also appreciated the location and how close we were to everything in the historic district. We were able to walk to Zocalo, Palacio Bellas Artes and so many restaurants were all nearby. The only thing I would have liked is a small refrigerator in the room to store cold drinks/ water. Other than that the room had everything you needed a safe an iron .
