- The hotel cancelled the reservation on the afternoon we were supposed to arrive. The same morning, I got the message to provide my personal information for the early check in, and few days before 2 different staff members confirmed me the reservation was ok. The staff was not helpful at all, blaming it on me and booking while I had messages confirming what I was saying. Wish you to find a better stay in Mexico City

The location was close to a few places to see locations in walking distance less than 15 minutes. The room it self looked clean but the floor. The floor looked like they forgot to sweep it. I got a room where the floor was in a minimal decline. From the long body mirror all the way to the window. The city is always noisy it doesn’t sleep so not good for light sleepers. Staff was loud leading to 5am in the hallway and woke me up There are no quite hours listed anywhere because guest were also loud in the hallway and the walls are thin. My safety box didn’t work. The mattress was not at all comfortable. And the water in the shower takes a while to regulate but then again so easily can go from having the temperature set to all the sudden without moving the knob it starts getting hot or cold on its own.

I loved everything about our stay. Close to El Centro. Amazing breakfast, also had a lunch option at your convenience (not included in the stay but still very good). Amazing staff willing to help with any of our questions. Didn’t want to leave so I ended up booking twice! Just a personal preference but there was no A/C in the room but the weather was so nice I forgot about it.

The distance from the centro and the breakfast provided. Great staff, always willing to answer our questions. Not a major dislike but rooms don’t have AC but the weather was actually very nice I forgot about the AC.

The hotel is located only 10-15 mins north of the historic centre - the rooms are sizable and very clean if a little basic as far as their contents. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of cereals, fruit, scrambled egg, pork/sausages and salads. The hotel is located in a somewhat run down part of the city with a number of people sleeping rough on the main street leading to the historic centre. It was fine for a group of men as per our party but I wouldn't recommend it for a single female.

Location close to historical center, clean rooms, close to subway Poor breakfast, If something ended, they didn’t fill it back, you have to eat what is left. Location close to a lot of homeless spots.

La limpieza y apertura del personal para colaborar Si eres sensible al ruido y te toca la habitación mirando a la calle, sentirás un constante ruido de sirenas , carros , pitos, motos… igual cada que alguien entra a una habitación la puerta suena durísimo al cerrar
