Great value, excellent location, close to Centro and public transit. Several mercados and Garibald Plaza, tequila museum, OXXO. Bank. Dr Simi This chain has excellent breakfast buffets Be aware plaza is pedestrian only. Hard to roll suitcase especially if you have disability

The size of the room is excellent, there is no refrigeration The room gets hot.

The location was great. Lots to do and see and great food. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parties in this Mariachi neighborhood can go on until late at night, so it could be hard for light sleepers.

That it was close to everything tour related. They didn’t have enough fans for all the guests, we were on waiting list and never got one.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location is great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room felt a bit worn, and the soap dispenser didn’t work properly, which was inconvenient. There was only one small trash bin in the bathroom—adding another in the bedroom would be helpful. Also, there’s no air conditioning. I understand this is common in some parts of Mexico, I did not notice it when I booked. One thing to keep in mind: the area can be quite noisy at night due to nearby bars, so it may not be the best option for families with babies or light sleepers.

Nothing Once we arrived at the room there were cockroaches dead in the bathroom floor. The solution the hotel gave us was sending some to pick the them up, and a deep clean the next day… didn’t happened because we left the place early morning. In addition the room didn’t have any type of ventilation other than a wall window that opened 35 degrees. No air conditioning… In conclusion, the worse hotel I have been in my life.
