Location and price were the best. Had to leave the room key at front desk every time you left the building. Parking is extremely limited and you are required to leave the car keys with the front desk.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Whiting walking minutes you can reach Bellas Artes and The Zocalo as well as shopping areas. In our short stay we noticed a few things about the room. First of all, the light bulbs were not working properly, they would go on and off all the time, plus, the bathroom doesn’t have a curtain to separate it from the bed and finally, we noticed bed bugs all over the mattress! We ended up with several bites on our body.

I cannot think of anything I liked about this hotel. Showe water was cold. One night, I was not able to take a shower because the water was so cold. My room smelled bad. Lights in room partially worked. Smoke detector needed new batteries and made noise all night. Reported it to staff and nothing was ever done. Front desk staff always had a bad attitude. Will never book this hotel again.
