Amazing staff and fantastic bed and sheets! Super comfortable and hip location surrounded by cafe and restaurants. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but spotless clean.

Perfect location. Can easily walk to a number of highly rated restaurants and bars, and the streets actually get quiet over the night for the most part. Very safe. There is always a host at the front desk (24/7) and they take your room key when you leave and provide it to you when you come back from your adventures. I live this because there is no way you can lose the key while exploring the city, no one else can get into your room, and it facilitates friendly interaction and conversation with the hosts and made it easy to ask them questions or for recommendations. The host also texted me in English via WhatsApp throughout my stay to ask if I needed anything such as a cleaning or laundry while I was gone. I used the little signs for the door handle but they still doublechecked with me for confirmation or in case I changed my mind. It wasn’t overwhelming or bothersome at all. They were very kind. The staff themselves, both hosts and the maid, were extremely kind, friendly, and funny. They offered a shot of mezcal at the front desk and answered all our questions, even the dumb ones. The bed was also very comfortable. Didn’t wake up with aches, soreness, or stiffness due to the bed or pillows. It was excellent. The shower was a little small for the average American man, but it was perfect for a 5’2 woman with athletic frame like me and not a problem for a 6’2 man with an athletic build. The window could open and let in the cool night air. The black out curtains worked remarkably!! The walls are thin and I could hear the neighbor’s TV at night (not sure if it was because he had the volume very high), but the hotel provides a complimentary pair of ear plugs on the nightstand which I used. I imagine this is a problem for other hotels too.

Perfectly located with professional and friendly staff. The room was clean and wide. Good value for money. Considering the structure is a bit outdated and is missing the AC which could make the room warm (we didn't have such problem in July by the way). The bathroom is very small and the shower not the best.

The location can’t be beat and the facility is clean and small with a good boutique feel.

The location was great, staff were so kind & helpful & it had a great character to the building. I booked a budget room so the amenities were very fair for the price. The bed was super comfortable, great pillows. I missed not having a kettle in the room for my own hot drinks. I asked the hotel staff in every instance for my water & they were extremely obliging so I didn’t mind too much!

Francisco and Diego were amazing! Such warm friendly staff, they went beyond to make me feel comfortable. The room was great, they upgraded me to huge room, daily gifts. So safe and walkable. No air conditioning or fan in the room, but the great price, cleaning, and staff made it worth it.

The staff was excellent. There was always someone kind and eager to help us out at all times. Seemed a little quiet when we were there. the common areas were not in use by anyone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we got a welcome shot of mezcal at check in and a pouch of colourful quartz stones on check out. The bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent within walking distance of lots of great bars and restaurants and very safe. Our window was entirely internal. I had read reviews of windows opening to the elevator but assumed this was to an internal courtyard however it was completely internal to the stairway so we could not open our window at all. The room was very stuffy. It was advertised that there was a coffee maker and safe in the room but we had neither and had to ask for both to be brought. The coffee machine came with pods that we would be charged 50 pesos for each refill. There was basic coffee available each day in the lobby instead (1 per person).
