The location was really good, late check in was helpful and there was a baggage storage on the day of leaving which also helped me No frill room

It was right in the city which gave it easy access to many places. It was close to, El Zocalo. We were right in the heart of Mexico City. The bedrooms were very tiny. The bathroom was a good size. However, there were no hand towels or wash cloths.

Me encantó lo que es la parte de hoteleria, muy buena atención todos los colaboradores, lo triste del hotel es el restaurante, en el cual dan un mal servicio y no te atienden a menos que sean muchas personas o seas extranjero,honestamente la comida fue muy buena, pero ni la comimos ahí, solo nos la sirvieron porque metimos el reclamo ya que no tenían demasiado clientes y nos tuvieron esperando 1hr por los alimentos, optamos por irnos y después nos pidió una disculpa un mesero, el cual nos dijo que el dueño le dice a quienes atender y que tan bien atenderlos. Muy buen hotel, súper recomendable
