Room was very comfortable. We liked the location it was near everything we needed as a family. The shared bathrooms because I have kids so I didn't really like the idea about other people using the same restroom but the cleaning personal had everything clean everyday.

The location is great and the price good for Centro Historio. The staff was very helpful and the place was generally clean. The bathroom arrangements were very unusual: separate men's and women's bathrooms, but both fully open to the hallway with no outer doorway. People were generally respectful, but let just say that one felt like one was sleeping in the middle of a vast public restroom. The place was also very noisey. There are no sound barriers. Be sure you are ok climing the stairs to your room.
