Great location and friendly staff. Felt like a true living space rather than a typical hotel. There is a rooftop area that we visited but didn't live up to the photos provided by the hotel.

The only thing I could say I didn't like was that there was no heater within the rooms. We had to request one.

The property was lovely and Martha and her colleagues very courteous and helpful. The location is amazing - quiet neighborhood in Condesa but only minutes from a major Metro line. Communication thru WhatsApp was easy. It was a bit cold on the rooftop for the continental breakfast. Maybe provide take away coffee cups to bring to the room?

Great location. Spacious apartment with 2 great bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra sleeping room for a 5th (or in our case 3rd) person. Lovely roof deck where we went for morning coffee. Helpful staff! We loved it. N/A

Location was perfect for site seeing, shopping, dining, coffee and just taking in the neighborhood. The staff were courteous and helpful. Leonora was the perfect spot for our family of four to explore Mexico City. Our to bedroom apartment was well appointed including a fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back. Condesa may be too quiet if you’re looking late nights bars and restaurants. It is a very safe neighborhood. No onsite breakfast or bar.

Great location. Apartment very well equipped-little touches. Staff extremely helpful stored luggage, printed, had friends over and their guidance was great Contemporary design, not really CDMX feel, but for what we needed it was great

I loved the location, right in the heart of Condesa, close to great restaurants, cafes, and parks. The staff and 24/7 security were excellent. Everyone was very nice, professional, and responsive to our needs. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described.

Easy to find and access. Helpful and friendly staff. High quality furnishings. Comfortable beds. Solid WiFi. Loud water pump noise that could be heard in the bedrooms at all hours, requiring earplugs for me as I’m a light sleeper. And decent amount of sound echoes from the hallways which could use carpets or some better insulation/seal of the doors.

Very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and apartment was huge. It was a super comfortable stay with a family, with the kids having their own bathroom and everyone had space to spread out. Wonderful location for exploring MDX. It was perfect - quiet, well located, wonderful staff and the apartment interiors and amenities were just right.

Apartment is well equipped and spacious. Confortable beds, nice Air conditioning. Laundry in unit was removed. Water is provided but charged at 7 usd. When can be purchased at 2 usd around the corner.

Staff was friendly, always available and helpful. It's located within walking distance of a beautiful park/zoo and a Michelin star restaurant.

Not enough natural light otherwise comfy

Upon booking I received many emails asking me for my id which were a scam.

The property is very clean, the staff were friendly. The unit we booked was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The AC was sufficient. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed well stocked. We noticed many families at the property, which we would agree - the accomodations are well suited for a family or two couples (such as in our case). The couches/seating were stylish but were not very comfortable. Breakfast was more of coffee/tea, some whole fruits and one choice of pastry. I wasn't expecting too much but hoped for more. There is a fridge upstairs on the top floor - it would be a great improvement if some small yogurts, overnight oats or chia seed pudding could be made available along with some berries. The hours of the jacuzzi area is between 10am-6pm which were hours when we were away from the property. If you are on property during those hours and want to reserve the room, it's quite lovely. The location was not as central as I had hoped but nothing can be changed on that. Ubers were very inexpensive so we could get one quickly and get to places with more activity or a 20 minute walk got you to some cafes and other offerings.

Location: Within walking distance to many restaurants. Short car ride to most city attractions. Facilities: were modern, beautiful and kept very well maintained and clean. Staff: All of the staff were very courteous and eager to help. Special thanks to Monica!
