The hotel is really instagramable and the staff are excellent. The views are incredible. The reception is pretty but thats about it. The bathroom was adequate and a nice size compared to the room. Not enough plug sockets and there’s not alot going on. The room was the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. I shared a dorm room with three other people and it was tiny. Not worth the money. There was no aircon and you couldn’t move. I wouldn’t recommend booking this room. The room was clean but humid, needed a load of fresh air in it. The bathroom was adequate and a nice size compared to the room. I wouldn’t stay again.

I was not aware of breakfast! I was hesitant of the location, but overall, it was an amazing venue! Will definitely return and bring family and friends. The hosts, Mariana and Fernanda were superb! My cousin and I arrived at 9 am, from Puebla, Puebla to celebrate my b-day and also EL GRITO at the ZOCALO! Exceptional stay, thank you for the kind welcoming❣️ AND my farewell gift made me very/very happy! Thank you for the kindness! N/A

Honestly this property did not disappoint. The style, the comfort, and the service are those of a 5 ⭐ hotel. The art deco style is amazing and every little touch screams posh. Paula is an absolutely amazing component to this property and they are lucky to have her. This will definitely be my place in CDMX. If you have the chance BOOK it. It's absolutely fabulous!!! Thank you Paula and staff for an exceptional stay.

Nothing The place were still on construction!!!! Our room was way too small, we changed it (and we had to pay more for it!). Room nice but still no WiFi and staff completed not prepared and inefficient.

Nothing really... Dangerous location at night. Dirty room. Way (way, way) too expensive for the quality offered

It is located close to the metro Garibaldi/Lagunilla(with only 6min walk) while only 20mins walk to Zocalo, which is a very affordable choice if you have a limited budget. (you know, hostels are scarce in CDMX) The surrounding area has a lot of local taquerias and mini stores to grasp your necessities. Safe to spend some nights there as they have security guard in the front door. Facilities are very new and clean as I guess it operates not more than a month. All staff are very nice and eager to help if you get any problems. If you are non-Spanish speaker, the young lady in the frontdesk would be your savior. One point to add, cleaning staff are very polite and well-trained. They knock the door and ask you first before coming in to tidy up the room(sounds basic? but I found that not many hotel staff can implement this even in a 4-star hotel). All in all, satisfactory experience and would highly recommend. Wifi connection is unstable sometime

I was charged twice though I booked through booking.com with a confirmation reading $7,919.34 pesos but they tried to charge me over $17000 pesos because they never received their payment through booking. I was then charged the $7,919.34 twice.
