The property was great. It was an excellent location. I really enjoyed the entire experience. The staff was amazing. They were receptive and they were accommodating. There were some equipment and features in the hotel room that were outdated and needed to be updated and I think as long as they give it a good update there shouldn’t be any issues.

Breakfast is ok. Not fancy but it is good. The location is excellent as La Condesa is one of trendiest neighborhoods in the city. The share gym is ok as well. The breakfast could be a little more better as well as the service. If it is included in the room charge is a good deal. However, if I would have to pay for it in the property, there are much better options at walking distance.

Great hotel

Location location location. Plenty to do around the hotel. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping. Checking in a little early without being charged. Bars in open staying open longer.

Clean, location, breakfast

The shower pressure was very weak but the temp was even worse. Boiling hot or frigid cold. Took 5+ mins to get the right temp, one tap at a time of the faucet. And for the toilet it is not very private. Glass door and not its own closet - very open bathroom. If you’re alone no biggie but not ideal for sharing. I used the lobby restroom more than once a day

Great location. Friendly staff. The chair in our room completely broke apart when I sat in it(I’m 175lbs btw). The painting in our room was sloppily secured to the wall with 2 sided tape. It detached from the wall in the middle of the night, almost falling on us. The sound scared us both awake. The scale in the bathroom did not work and the steamer had gunk in it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Comfy rooms, perfect location, great gym, comfortable bed. Not able to set room temperature. It's done central. Breakfast is outside! Which is not great when its cold like this weekend was. It also doesn't help if there are gas heaters that have the glass to protect the flame. As a result there was no heat being distributed. Brrrr

Food was pretty good and the Terrazza was pleasant. Room was spacious and nice. Generally staff were friendly and helpful. 1) Daily room cleanng was very mixed - both in quality and consistency. The staff didn't check to see if we needed things like lotion or conditioner, or water. We didn't have any conditioner in the shower, and just thought the hotel didn't provide it. We later found out from our friends that their rooms had it. One would think that is a standard thing for staff to check. Some days towels were changed and some days they weren't. After we started tipping daily, the attention to the room was much better. I would say, generally the daily cleaning service fell well below my experience in five star and four star hotels. 2) There was a VERY loud gathering for Ford that was unexpected, and annoying. 3) My down vest which I wore from the cold climate at home, but didn't need in Mexico City went missing from my room midway through our stay.

Amazing location. Great vibe. Staff didn’t change towels correctly, only received two large towels. Don’t replace smaller towels. Sheets were not comfortable, rough.

Pool was under repair

The room was on the Skyline, but that floor is in construction. The service was really bad.

Great location, the kindest staff, very clean, exceeded my expectations at every point!

Concierge Staff were Excellent. They made my experience in Mexico City Special because of their services. Room way too small. Advertised as King suite with Terrace. Terrace facing garden and the AWFUL Glass ballroom of Andaz Hotel. Also A MASSIVE pillar was taking 40% of the space of the suite. The property was split into TWO hotels (very confusing) with ANDAZ hotel. MEDIOCRE Food and Beverage Program - staff needs training HOUSEKEEPING need a better supervising as cleaning into "corners" - Bath towels are old and fringes. It's a design hotel left over hotel by Ian Schrager and pooly managed by ACCOR group. Will change immediately the leadership.

The front desk and concierge were both attentive and helpful. The location a few blocks from Parque Mexico and next to a Sanborns was convenient. It was a very convenient base for exploring all that is in Mexico City. The restoration of this mid-century landmark was on point, and the rooms (and beds) were very comfortable and nicely furnished. The roof top lounge at the neighboring hotel Andaz had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a number of delicious options. Unfortunately, the top floor was under renovation that eliminated one of the common areas. It also meant that there was the hum of jackhammers during the day. Housekeeping was not consistent in when they would come to make up the room, and one day they missed us completely. Wash cloths were not replenished. The sink is a modern design that is more for looks than function, but one could get used to it. We had a cool, rainy morning which meant that the al fresco breakfast was a bit uncomfortable, and the food and coffee would get cold quickly. It would have been nice to have the shared facilities/options with the other hotel explained upon arrival. Happy Hour also appeared to be a mystery to the staff, although presented in the information card in the elevator. I think a welcome document (as opposed to a QR code that was also for rooms service) would have been very helpful.

Location was excellent. Room was attractive. Quite although facing street. Hotel collected 612.93 for incidental charges on 05/07/25. Room was completely paid for ahead of arrival. I paid s small charge for bowl of soup upon check out. The 612.93 charge is still pending. I have never had a charge for incidentals that wasn’t removed immediately upon check out. Housekeeping was not up to standard. Ask 3 times for face cloth, never came and front desk personnel just apologized. No interior area for complimentary breakfast when it was raining. Very disappointed in this hotel. Perhaps the Andaz next door would have been the better choice.

Nice, modern and clean Overrated for the price. But most importantly, I stayed in Room 421 and the music coming from the bar downstairs (which was very loud) went on until midnight on a Wednesday! I had an important meeting the next day at 7am. I called reception in the hopes they could find me another room, but I was without luck. Not great. Either lower the music for your future guests after 10pm (which is a reasonable time) or make the windows sound proof.
