Great location. It's in between a bank and a convenience store but you can see the *one* sign clearly. It was very clean. Keys kept getting demagnetized. They said it was because it got close to the phone, but even after taking care not to do that, the keys still stopped working and we had to go down to the lobby each time. The room is small, just a heads up. The bed is uncomfortable, your back will hurt. The parking is not on the hotel, it's at another place.

There was a strange sewer smell in the bathroom that radiated into the bedroom. The TV only had Cable it would be nice to use smart tv options

Breakfast was good. Location is excellent near Alameda Elevator goes to half floors so you end up having to walk up or down some stairs with luggage

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and allowed us to begin our days well nourished. We loved the location to the various historical buildings. Everything was very walkable. My husband especially loved the street bands who played close by. We ended up changing rooms because there was a moldy smell coming from the bathroom that wasn't remedied by cleaning the drain in the shower. The smell persisted so we were able to change rooms thankfully.

The hotel is clean and the location is perfect. The breakfasts are great, but a little repetitive.
-
The rooms are a bit small and wifi was unstable.

The central location was a plus, but the noise in the rooms made it difficult to rest. The breakfast was disappointing. It was served in the lobby with very limited options, and the area wasn’t properly cleaned

When the front desk clerk saw I use a walking cane, and without me having asked for it, he gave me an accesibility suite at the Fiesta Rewards level (not a member, either). At breakfast it was quite busy and no tables were available. One of the staff members pointed out I'd be more comfortable at the Mezzanine level and quickly accompanied me there, carrying my food plates. In general, very good service from the staff. Only downside I see is there's no restaurant. They offer a limited selection of snacks, and there's a convenience store (7-11) right next door, but if you're coming in late (and hungry!) you'll have to walk a couple of blocks befoe you can sit down for a meal.
