La presión del agua disminuye en la noche y es incomodo si quieres ducharte o usar el baño en la noche.

There's people that smoke and drink, I. Do not like those smells in the room. Bathroom dirty. Not enough cleaning staff. Did not give water only 10 liters every other day. For 25 people?!!!!! Not enough bathrooms only 3 for all those people?!!!

Good location in Condesa and friendly staff The room was clearly not cleaned and was very dirty, with trash left in the drawers. Access to the room is extremely difficult, to the point that bringing large luggage is nearly impossible.

About the staff: 5 stars. They are the reason my stay was enjoyable, and the main reason I’m writing this review. Gloria, Eli, and Nico were incredibly helpful and friendly! The location of the hostel is really convenient, but the infrastructure could use some improvements with just a bit of effort from the owners. For example, fixing the shared showers and adding small cabinets to store personal items, repairing the leakage from the shower doors, providing better cooking utensils in the kitchen, installing a quieter water pump, and placing clear signs about quiet hours in shared areas. Along with that, a better screening of the guests would help...over the weeks I met some really problematic people.
