Central location, comfortable room Only improvements I would suggest are air con, though that wasn’t really an issue for my stay, and there weren’t enough plug sockets in convenient places (I use a CPAP machine to sleep so had to sleep the wrong way on the bed in order for my machine to reach the plug socket)

good location close to Zona Rosa and Insurgentes major public transportation hub, food is average, good price during World Cup. The front desk dude working in the evening shifts doesn't understand English. When I asked to extend my stay for the weekend, he told me that "it's no problem, pay in the morning". When I came back the next morning, the girl told me the hotel was sold out. That dude and the girl never gave me any clear instructons when I talked to with them at least 3 times about my extension of stay. Why the dude couldn't secure my room and took my payment in the evening (this is a couple days ealier than my checkout)? On my checked out date they told me that there were rooms available but I've already booked at a different place (better one though). It's such a hassle to work with the front desk of this hotel.
