Great locations to explore the city. Very nice and attentive staff. Good gym, steam room and restaurant. Price was right. I visit CDMX often and like to try different hotels and this was is a great choice. The rooms facing the street (which are the best suites and balconies) will suffer from the excessive noise from the clubs right across the street. There is no way to get around that and the noise is very loud and until early morning (past 3AM). We had reserved one of those rooms and upon arrival at the hotel (around midnight) noticed the noise while doing check in. Upon going to the room the noise was just as if we were at the club. They moved up to a higher floor and it was just the same. They offered earplugs and a white noise machine but it did not help, so we had to downgrade and move to a room on the side of the building, which was still very nice. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The only thing is that this should be noted in the description of those rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms Nothing

The staff is amazing, so respectful and attentive all the time.
-
Centrally located and easy to get around. The property is very nice, unfortunately there was a lot of construction right outside at the time.
-
The location in Zona Rosa. The construction outside of hotel.

We like the room which was updated and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with smile. Our room faced the street and the music and sounds from the bars and clubs across the street were heard all night. We used eye plugs which was sot of helpful but it was pretty loud every night.

The Location was amazing right in the middle to everything. There were many local places to eat, there was quick access to normal necessities. Convenient to Money Exchange, snacks, drinks and entertainment. The staff was welcoming, the restaurant onsite had a nice breakfast. I would recommend that the hotel invest in sound proofing the windows on the street facing windows, as the hotel is located directly in front of 4 different bars/nightclub that stay open well into early morning (6:00AM). Other than that it was a great experience and I definitely will stay at this hotel again! I do not have any complaints, it's more of a suggestion that the hotel look into adding sound proof windows. The only reason I suggest this is that the hotel is located conveniently in a great zone right in front of at least 4 different bars and nightclub, which in true CDMX style stay open well into the early morning (6:00am) and if you have a flight at 7am, you may need some ear plugs which the hotel did provide (1 pair).

The construction in front of hotel and the noise across the street

This was a nice, clean hotel, in Zona Rosa, which is the LGBTQ neighborhood. This area is also full of Korean and Japanese restaurants. All of the staff spoke English and were amazingly helpful. We had a 2 bed unit with kitchenette and it was perfect for our needs. Mini-fridge, microwave, nespresso maker, and cooktop with simple cookware. The beds were very comfortable, great TV with fast internet and nice black out curtains. Bathroom and shower were spacious with plenty of hot water. Lots of electrical plugs. There is still construction on the road up front, but it’s not that big of a deal. The hotel staff help us get our luggage to and from the street. We didnt use the gym, but it looked nice. The breakfast option is kinda pathetic, so instead, we went around the block to the bookstore. They have some great breakfast options. Make sure you get a room on the back side of the hotel as there is a night club across the street that plays thumpa/thumpa music all night. But in the back, it was dead quiet and perfect to relax.

Staff was helpful, room good size Location was horrible, nightclub located across the street, opened everynight we were there, Thu to Mon. Construction in the street, car unpassable. Very dusty walking on the street.
-
It’s in the center of zona Rosa . Location is perfect if you’re looking for Zona Rosa party vibes. Nothing to complain about the property per se but breakfast was very underwhelming and the road construction was an eyesore.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doorman helped us with our luggage and gave us an overview of everything in the room. There was even a personalized letter thanking us for our stay which was a nice touch. The location was very walkable and the metro was only a few minutes from the hotel as well. Mini marts, bars and restaurants were abundant. Centrally located to all the main attractions . The restaurant where breakfast was served was extremely cold and we needed a jacket every day. The service in the restaurant was inconsistent.

Loud. Bars nearby play loud music until 3 am. Good luck trying to sleep.
-
Very noisy bar across the street. Bring earplugs!
-
The only complaint is the noise from local clubs, which was resolved with hotel provided ear plugs. The manager said the have quieter rooms in a different section of the hotel. So that is something to ask for when you make a reservation. The place was SPOTLESS and the bed very comfortable.

We stayed at Amberes 64 in Mexico City for six nights. The hotel is conveniently located for day trip pickups and in a safe neighborhood. The room was quite large with a small sofa and a table and chairs, a kitchenette and lots of storage. The room was also very updated and had large windows. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly. They included breakfast, which had lots of variety and was a buffet on weekends with wonderful service. We would highly recommend it. One morning we left the hotel and were not sure if we had locked the safe. We returned about 15 minutes later. Housekeeping was already in the room with a supervisor standing at the door since the safe was wide open. Of course nothing was missing but it certainly inspired trust to know that the housekeeper had called the supervisor and she was there to oversee the room service with open safe. Very impressive! The only concern is that on weekends the clubs across the street can be loud. Bring earplugs.

Big time construction in front of hotel, so bad that we were not able to park. Noise was horrible and missed out on most sleep.
