Cute lobby Tiny rooms, staff was inconsistent and incompetent when I asked for things to be done. The curtain was falling off and I told them on the first night to fix it, they never did. The lights bled through and our window was facing the parking lot. Breakfast was good some days, staff at breakfast was mostly good.

first night there were water bottles and coffee in room; never replaced. coffee pot wasent cleaned for 3 days until we had to call and ask for it to be cleaned. then still no new coffee packets, have to call front desk to get those. and when asked to get new water bottles was told it would be cheaper to go and buy them ourselves instead of just being replaced

The history, the staff and the general cleanliness of the property. The location was amazing as well. It was a wonderful stay. Nothing, the elevator was a bit tight but that’s to be expected in a historic building.
