Nice location. Professional staff. Room cleaning was satisfactory. The staff had language issues and did not speak english well. The reception and room service both had issues speaking in english.

Location is great looked like a prison or mental institution inside. Small windows white walls. Cinderblock walls. Bed had no padding.

The room is super spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and more. The building itself felt a liiiiiiitle outdated but everything was clean and well taken care of, so it didn’t really matter to me that the aesthetic wasn’t like super modern. The staff was super nice at all times. The streets around the hotel were kinda dirty and often smelled terrible. Although it is close to Reforma and other popular spots, nightlife is not really what I was looking for and I did not enjoy walking amidst the bars and slightly drunk people. Also, there were way too many informal street vendors.

Room was clean and spacious. Sofa bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful There was a car parked in the loading bay when we drove up. My mother had to get out of the car on the traffic side. Come to find out that same car was still parked there when we got up the next day. The hotel takes great pains to notify us of the fact that it doesn't have parking, yet you let a guest just use the loading bay (blocking it) as a parking space to save $200 pesos on parking when there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel? Then you don't say anything to the guest? You know you have other guests as well and you put us in a dangerous situation. This comment is for management--not staff. Please train your employees to inform guests about the purpose of a loading bay or take responsibility for making sure the bay is clear yourself, and not allow guests to do this. I will not stay at this hotel again
