The room was spacious. Furniture is simple but I did not expect more. The bed was average, I have had worse but also better. The kitchen was equipped just with the bare minimum but we didn’t use it. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location appeared to be calm and we didn’t feel unsafe. It was typically easy to get an Uber quickly. If you do not look for luxury and are ok with a simple room that is reasonably priced I can recommend this place. There was a fan or air conditioning equipment on the roof that was audible all the time, even with windows closed. For very light sleepers this could be annoying.

Great location, great security One of my table lamps didn’t work. The little safe in the closet didn’t work correctly. The shower was missing the glass door so the floor was wet after taking a shower

I got a smaller room than i booked but since i was alone it did the job. Keep in mind that there is no AC and some rooms have no windows to open (307)

Great location I first stayed here 9 years ago. The place was knew. Now you can see some signs of wear.

Room was comfy, been very good and it has a small kitchen with all you need to cook. You can't open windows, sometimes you'd get a bad smell (like all over Mexico city) but you were not able to open windows. There was no AC

- Good location by Reforma - Room is a good size - Cable TV including sports channels - No free water - Wifi speed and connection is bad - Staff doesn’t speak English - Bathroom lighting is very dark - Housekeeping comes very late in the day - No A/C, only a fan
-
No breakfast at this location. Lots of street food and cafes in the area. Also very close to transit and museums. Felt very safe in the area and our room was quiet at night. Breakfast of some sort would have been nice, and more detail to cleaning.

VEEEERY SPACIOUS! Floor seemed just a bit dusty upon arrival

I like that the room was spacious. I also liked that there was a spacious bathroom. The kitchen was small however, it was easy for me and my friend to stay at this place, because there was two different rooms. The living room is separate from the bedroom, so it was almost like a two bedroom although it was a small two bedroom, however, a large Normal size one bedroom Honestly, the staff kept trying to sex traffic me I know that sounds really weird. It’s definitely really weird for me. Also there was drug dealers downstairs and the staff is super afraid of them and the staff kept trying to sex traffic me constantly.

Very good

Good central location, just off of Reforma, opposite a small shop, and near to restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious with a large bed too. Collecting keys was fairly straight forward, though reception didn't speak english - broken Spanish is enough to get by with though! The wifi wasn't strong enough to work on so we had to venture out to cafes instead. While it was nice to have a kitchen, it was poorly equipped and you could tell that no one had thought about how people actually use kitchens when putting it together. The floors also seemed to be quite dirty, to wear shoes indoors or end up with black feet.

Both doormen were very nice and polite with lots of good advice. They were there all the time, gave us a heater for the room for the colder nights and also opened the door for for us when we were leaving even though they didn't have to. The place is very clean and we felt safe. A very good location for our interests as well. There are also lots of diferrent food stands on that street. A very good and cheap local breakfast.

We love the balcón, the locación, cleanliness and confort. The staff is the best ever. Perhaps the bed ia an 7/10

They were very communicative and kept my booking despite arriving a day late due to a missed connecting flight. Comfortable firm beds. Provided free drinking water. My studio was in the quiet top floor of the hotel. Small kitchenette looked useful although I didn't use it. 24/7 reception. Fairly quiet neighbourhood but close to where the bars and restaurants are. WiFi could be better. Shower drains water a bit slowly. Small window by the door doesn't lock. Although the 24/7 staff meant security into the building was pretty secure.
