The Red Tree House

Location perfect, amazing hospitality and host. Victor, the host of Red Tree House is an amazing man who will take time to make sure your stay is everything you want it to be. We have not experienced this level of service for this reasonable rate elsewhere so far. The property is adorable, breakfast some of the best food we had, and the cleaning staff even noticed details in the way we switched some blankets and made beds up the way we liked thereafter. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and really enjoyed the balcony over the street. I researched hotels and when I saw the others I was considering was very glad we stayed here. Thank you Victor. The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for 5 people. Plus I loved how it was decorated. The breakfasts were phenomenal; traditional Mexican meals that we looked forward to tasting every morning. Lastly, the staff was so lovely and welcoming. A highlight for my family and I was getting to know them during our week stay. N/A

Lovely property; secluded feeling but located so conveniently in Condesa for great walk ability. Very clean, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with strong coffee. The front desk people could not have been more helpful; we really appreciated them. They helped us make a reservation for an excellent mezcal tasting nearby and helped arranged a ride to and from the airport. Great house dogs (like Romeo in the picture)

It was perfectly located in the Condesa neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was stuffier than I expected, though the fan in the loving room kept that area cool. As I type I realize I should have opened the balcony door for a cross breeze at night.

We loved this place. The staff is so friendly, warm, funny and helpful. We loved breakfast and the generous happy hour. There is interesting art everywhere you look. And the dogs are precious. Would love to return.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, great happy hour and breakfast My room overlooked the street and the main entrance, so definitely experienced gate and front door opening/closing noise and street noise.

Artwork , breakfast ,apt was great for 2 couples. There was nothing we didn’t like. Certainly will return to Mexico City.

The staff are fabulous. The location is in beautiful Condesa. I love the happy hours as you get to meet some very interesting people. We share travel stories and often find out about new and interesting things to do not only in Mexico City but all over Mexico. Breakfast is delicious.

The breakfast in the dining room and patio areas was great. Everything was great.

I’m a retired person who has travelled the world and I must say this hotel offered in all ways THE best experience. Everything that is offered contributed to a unique community experience. I’m actually blown away and will return to Mexico City.

The treehouse has a special vibe.. created by its interesting layout and style, and more so by the spectacular team that takes such good care of everything! We all felt at home and comfortable in this unique space, while perfectly located in the best of areas in CDMX. Hard to think of a negative…I don’t have one!

The location is premier -- just one block from Parque Mexico's cafes, heladerias, etc. The inn itself is beautiful, filled with art and quiet places. The inn provides a traditional breakfast each morning, which was fantastic. But the best part was the friendly, helpful staff. They made us feel welcome, well cared for, and appreciated. Really, it was great. No notes.

Location. The surprising interior and courtyards which truly speak about Mexico. The food! The wall art and attention to detail throughout the premises. The ~complimentary~ wine guest gatherings added a warm touch. The staff is very gracious and made us feel at home. The mattress was quite hard. The TV cable was difficult to understand. The living room heater did not work properly. We wish coffee was made available earlier in the morning.

It was unique, an old house that had been converted to a B&B, and I liked all the texture and differences in it Needed blackout curtains in my bedroom to block out light from the patio area.
