Colmena Hotel CDMX Suites Roma

I was on the 5th floor and had to walk up and down the stairs to get filtered water or anytime I wanted to go in or out The room was very small fine for 1 person but would have been tight for 2 people. There were limited outlets to plug in electronics.

We booked this on the day of arrival because we had to make a quick change to our travel plans (thanks to going the wrong way on the Metrobus!). The location was convenient- walking distance to the Metro, tons of things to do in the area, and easy for Didi pickup. The room was small but efficient. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great- shelves in the bathroom, shampoo, and bodywash were available. Best hot shower and best water pressure! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They had coffee and water available for us in the mornings. :)

Very clean & extremely friendly staff The street noise was EXTREMELY. Load. I’m a heavy sleeper and I was still being woken up all night. During day traffic the windows would rattle at times from the noise

The place is well designed and in a good location. Staff is super nice friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped and We liked the little working room , we used it a lot. i liked there is tea and coffee station. Only the noise from the main street viaducto but it is clear that there is nothing they can do About it..

I had pleasant stay, I loved the property and the kitchen so much, it felt like home.

It's a clean and well maintained space. The rooms face the main road and there is constant traffic noise with lots of honking. The whole room shakes when a big car/ truck passes through, it feels really scary. The first time it happened, I thought there was an earthquake. This happens very 10 mins. It is impossible to sleep. The place is also at the south edge of Roma Sur. The neighborhood is decent and local, but not as fancy/ fun as Roma Norte/ Condesa areas.

Super friendly and helpful staff; awesome kitchen/facilities; very clean. Lots of noise from traffic outside day and night, so if you're a light sleeper it may be an issue.

It was clean, the staff was nice. The rooms are in front of a very busy main street so the noise is present the whole night, and the doors and windows are not sound proof

There's no elevator and only a very small fan. More plugs would be nicer. Passerby people can see through the windows as the cover is smaller than the window

I was on the top floor and there’s no elevator so it was a bit of a workout, still worth it

I really like the location, very centric, close to the metro station and to some malls and food stalls (recommended!) I didn't like that the toilet paper was limited, and there was no tv in the room, and from our window people could see us (we had a courtain but it blocked the entrance of air)

not hot shower, better soaps, traffic in window needs to be told about, loud traffic and headlights all night - we slept fine though, it was okay
