Everything, the staff is very polite and respectful. They must improve the wifi/internet connection across the hotel and every floor. It is not bad, but it could be better :)

They didn’t respect my booking, it was confirmed in the app and when I arrived they said that wasn’t any available room

The ceiling was leaking and there was a huge puddle of water and didn't see it til the morning we changed rooms but the rooms are definitely not soundproof so if you're looking for that don't book here we called reception 3 times to get an update and after an hour we switched rooms finally. On the bright side staying on the highest floor was very beautiful.

Large rooms, friendly staff, lots of places to eat nearby. Large, comfortable bed, USB outlets next to the bed. Would stay here again. I seem to have been unlucky and gotten an internal facing room. My window overlooked an internal space which made it very dark. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner.
