VOS Condesa

The staff was friendly, there was the option to have new towels and sheets daily, there was a water purifier just outside my room, and the bed was large. There was also free Wi-Fi. Considering the price I paid, I had an amazing stay. Also, it’s an outstanding location. The walls were thin, and I could hear a good bit of other guests at night. It also seemed that there was a bit of noise coming from the lobby. But I’m used to staying in loud-ish lodgings and again, for the price, this was negligible.

The hotel provided some light breakfast options like Jello and bread. Also coffee and water. The rooms were accommodating, perfect for me and my spouse. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and it is located in an area with a lot of commerce and activity. Also nearby to the train station and bus. The Hotel was currently undergoing some renovations which is good, however sometimes you could hear a lot of noises like drilling, hammering, etc. I know this is temporal and I understand it, but still a bit annoying if you wanted to wake up late.

The rooms were good, overall looks like a decent hotel with nice interiors. The staff couldn't stop joking around between them, chatting, laughing and making noise at 2am, 4am and 6am. Who is the manager here? who is giving training to this untrained staff? Noise from guests I guess is expected, but from the staff members should be unacceptable.

Good location, good wifi. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, this last visit was not comfortable due to construction on the building, which meant constant banging, drilling, and dust.

The location is great, the staff is very kind and I like their parking. My room didn’t have any windows, so it was very dark all day.

Overall OK, I got a bunch of bites, which I can't tell if it was bed bugs overnight. I stayed here for a week. Cleaniless and ensure that there are no bed bugs.

It is very close to Pepsi Center which makes it very easy to walk from and to an event It is very noisy at night. Seems there was nobody at the lobby asking for silence to people arriving at midnight

Great value for price, especially for the location. Noise from outside or from other rooms carried into the room.

table was fixed against the wall and so small that I wish I could use to work a little bit but I couldn't. The picture shows like I can use it for a work, but that was misleading. It was loud outside and the pillow had somebody's lipsticks left and there are many woman's hairs on bed and even on towels.

The hotel is so nice inside and the bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. The photos are accurate with reality. The location is amazing if you are going to a concert at Pepsi center.

You can tell that they recently renovated/in the middle of renovating the hotel. The bathroom was a lot bigger than I expected with a huge shower. It was a very cute and modern room. I enjoyed the free filtered water on each floor (so rare to see in Mexico). We were able to walk over to the Condesa on a daily basis for coffee and to go to a gym in that area. I fully understand that they are renovating- so just be CAUTIOUS that the elevator when I went was not working. Very minimal, but perhaps more counter space in the bathroom because my makeup was everywhere.

The location was great, close to good restaurants, parks and metro stations. The bed is very hard.
