Location The bathroom door was very awkward, it was hard to get in to the bathroom.

Excellent location and service

Location was handy. Staff friendly and helpful. Traveling with no Spanish everyone was v helpful. Not totally clear about breakfast being included. But this may have been my misunderstanding.

The location was perfect. Great neighborhood and you can easily walk to many fine restaurants. Loved the 1960’s retro furnishings. Bathrooms need a serious upgrade. The restaurant in the property was just so so.

Great hotel. Super clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful in so many ways. Loved the small restaurant/bar as well. The hotel is located in a wonderful little neighborhood (Colonia Napoles) with many restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Easy and safe to walk around.

Old fashioned interior but good for its purpose No lift. En suite toilet and shower were very compact to the point where it was difficult to get in and out

The property was well located in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel restaurant was quite good and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly. The decor was very dated but very clean. The bathtub was very old and the finish was peeling. The bed and the pillows were too hard for my taste but they bedding and towels were very clean and fresh.

The location: close to my office. I recently stayed at your hotel for two weeks on a workation, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Coming from Europe, where 4-star hotels maintain a certain standard, I found the condition of this hotel in Beverly disappointing. Everything feels super old, and the rooms lacked basic amenities you would expect, like a fridge, kettle, or even tea. There was just a bottle of water. The bathtub was filthy, and I had to change rooms once because the water was brown and dirty. At times, there was no water in the mornings at all. The noise isolation is non-existent; I was constantly disturbed by loud music, people shouting, and planes throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. The condition of the hotel is concerning: mold covered the windows in all the rooms I stayed in, and the hairdryer seemed to be from 50 years ago and barely worked. The lamp in the bathroom was flickering, and there was a bad smell in the closet. After using the laundry service, some of my clothes came back smelling stale, while others had a strange smell. It was inconsistent and unpleasant. Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurant was underwhelming. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything that isn’t Mexican, as I found the quality of other dishes quite disappointing. Overall, my stay was uncomfortable, and I would advise others to consider Airbnb or a different hotel.

The hotel is nice, staff are friendly, and it's a great location. The bed was not comfortable at all. I was disappointed about that considering how much I paid for one night.

Good location Beds were super hard. Couldn’t sleep, woke up with pain from hard bed. Hot water took forever in shower.

Comfortable and clean, great location near lots of restaurants and buses. We liked the ambience and the staff treated us well.
