Room is clean everyday ! The staff was very good and not far from the downtown. The mattress was hard and didn’t fit with our back. And there are noises in the street during the night but not the fault of the hotel

Very good value in Mexico

Good value for the money, had a short stay. Very noisy.

The bed was big and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was fairly clean and good for the value, and I was glad there was hot water. They also provided the basic amenities, the towels were clean, and overall everything felt clean and worth the price. The location is okay. It is not in the best part of town, but it is very close to many of the main sights and also near a few metro stops. As long as you are comfortable taking Ubers and do not mind staying outside the city center or Polanco, it is a perfectly fine option for the value. The main downside is that there is no AC, but Mexico City usually has a fairly temperate climate. It can get a little cold at night, though, and asking for an extra sheet solved that problem right away.

The food was okay. But staff was limited. They really need to fix their bathroom set up. There was nowhere to hang your clothes. Inconveniente due to staying with friends. I would suggest some hooks to hang towel etc. Water was hot and good pressure though.

From the elevator to the room the hotel looked old and not well maintained.

Very clean, easy to check in. Spacious room and every day the staff came to clean the rooms.

The staff was very kind & accommodating and the room was quite clean. Basic doesn’t even begin to cover it, for the price it didn’t seem like good value at all. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so we were freezing all night and even the blankets provided were not comfy; the bathroom had no exhaust and smelled damp & like pee after a while, the shower had no water pressure; finer things like having no drinking water or a kettle or a mirror in the room as well as no bathroom matts made the overall experience quite taxing.

Staff were nice, and accommodating my request, except when it comes to hot water. None of the staff can really speak english, no hot water for the last 2 nights of my stay.

No wifi signal in first floor room. Also no 4G or 5G signal on the first floor due to thick walls. Hot running water in shower is only after you ask receptionist and they tell you that you have to have the sink tap opened on warm water for the shower to have warm water.

People kept saying the area, I didn't have any problems but I did catch taxis after dark just to be cautious

Central location near park walking distance to metro, breakfast has alot of options, easy check in process, excellent staff, daily room cleaning Not many amenities but for the price of the room having a 24 hour restaurant downstairs is enough. Restaurant doesn't have many dinner choices but uber eats has alot of options nearby
