Hotel Lord - Adults Only

It was offered on Booking for a reasonable price. Dirty, many broken things (towel racks, couch, etc), no air conditioning (and the part of the 1 window that opens is only about 8 x 24 inches). Opening window didn't help - mosquitoes in the room, dogs barking all night)

Nothing at all. The location was in a very unsafe and noisy area, the air conditioner didn't work, there was only one small window in our room and when we opened it, we could see straight into the bathroom of the neighboring room, there were no hand or face towels, the shower leaked onto the marble floor and made it very slippery and unsafe. The front desk staff were not helpful at all. The Wifi did not work in the room at all; the only place we could access it was in the lobby or restaurant. We had booked for 10 nights and only stayed one night - moved to a different hotel the next day in a much better area for the same nightly rate. The Lord Hotel would not refund us for our stay even after booking.com contacted them to request it.

Staff were unresponsive. Requests ignored.

Good price everything was very good

Huge rooms! Not really walking distance from everything I wanted to do, but it was a short motorcycle right away so really not an issue

The bed wasn't uncomfortable I arrived and quickly learned that the rooms have no wifi. To use the phone, I had to stay in the lobby or restaurant. I asked for a refund since I had just arrived and they didn't even have wifi. They refused, told me I had to request through the booking app. I did (it sends a request to them), they told me they can't receive or respond to any emails or messages from booking. They had to be the rudest hotel clerks I've ever experienced. I lost 550 mxn for nothing. The area itself isn't the most secure, was hard to even get an Uber. I ended up having to walk to a different hotel a mile away.

the hotel is good for all aspects. very big room. low price. good location. nothing is bad in this hotel. wifi is in the loby only. I just wonder why it is not in the rooms also. no wifi in the room.

Huge bed, extra warmer blankets. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Location between 2 metro stations, easy to travel around. In front of hotel good cheap burgers stand. We were happy with the hotel, but no wifi in the room, and poor wifi in the lobby was quite big issue. Our room was to south side, so during the day room was heated and through small window it was difficult to ventilate for night. If you keep window open, street noise. Also would be nice to have some hangers for clothes.

The room was clean , had a good working shower and the free parking was convenient. Very good street taco place on the corner Very noisy neighborhood. Our Room was located close to some very noisy running engine, still don't know what it was as the room didn't have AC . The person that checked us in couldn't muster a friendly smile and wasn't welcoming at all . There is no WiFi in the room even though in the facility list it says there is free wifi in the whole building. The price is cheap but we didn't have a good night rest at all.

It is okay to stay a few days There is no good wifi in any of the rooms, I stayed in 2 different rooms, and both had very bad internet. I picked this hotel because it had good rating in the wifi but it seems that now it's not the case.

very clean. consistent hot water 24/7 and large clean showers. spacious room and bathroom. very comfortable large beds. nice respectful and helpful staff. a restaurant in hotel with room service. markets nearby in walking distance. I used ride share services as a tourist. generous and nice daily housekeeping. free daily bottled water. very accommodating. I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed here for over a month. thank you. it is important to have a good comfortable hotel experience. Very good hotel. wifi problems. The hallway had a deodorant for a few days that bothered me. I thought that was unnecessary because the hallways smell ok without the deodorizer. Hand towels weren't provided.

Superb

Right in the center, few minutes walkway to the metro, friendly staff, room service everyday, free drinking water every day, comfy bed. WiFi connection was only working in the Lobby, no smart TV
