It was clean, it was quite at night and was close to el zocalo. The rooms were spacious. The front desk wasn’t inviting and kind. They almost always seemed serious.

Room was great, comfortable, restaurant was good, and the bellman was really friendly and helpful. Also, easy check in and check out. My room was neat every day after I got back from my tours. N/A

Nice clean modern hotel. Hotel rooms were of a very good standard, all the facilities you needed, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly & were always helpful. The area it is in is probably not the best, it was good enough for me though.

Beautiful room - lots of space, great shower and powerful WiFi Staff superb - always someone on hand to speak great English, and very helpful. Delivered an office chair to my room so I could work comfortably, allowed to work in the conference room three of charge. Helped me book an extra night's stay. Luggage storage - this was very important because we had left a hotel the night earlier Great location - right by a bus station, walkable into the city Good food - reasonably priced, well-cooked food

Good hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, and included a TV, coffee machine and air conditioning. Cleaners were excellent -- cleaned the room each day and replenished supplies. The hallways were quite noisy at night, plus you could hear noise from room next door. Taxis were needed to get back from more central areas at night.

Decent sized room in need of a refresh. The bath had chipped tiles and the jacuzzi tub had seen better days. Standard block wood furniture, nothing special. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and I fell asleep in seconds. Helpful staff to assist with luggage. The noise from outside the hotel was minimal, but noise in the hallway and from other rooms was heard. Strange smell in the lobby.

Absolutely fantastic. Everything about the place was excellent. Room was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. linens were crisp and spotless. Magazine quality. They graciously allowed us to check in early, even though we only booked an hour previously.

That it began raining right after Mexico won their first game from the world cup, we all got wet...
