Good location, comfy beds Mexico City has free WiFi all over the city but this hostel isn’t able to make the wifi reach your hotel room. - reception is too slow and in inefficient. Took long to checkin

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the private cubby to sleep in. The rooftop terrace is really nice. Pingpong a d fooseball also cool to have. The gym was a blessing to have as well. The power outlets didn't work in my bed cubby. It felt a little overwhelming how many people stay there. The kitchen is functional, need your own cup and bowl and utensil. Need your own lighter to start the stove top.

Hot showers, nice bed, big windows to let cool air into room at night. #1 thing was someone caught a thief stealing their stuff here and the hostel refused to call police, so the victim had to. Then they let the thief keep staying in the hostel after the victim declined to press charges. Then I had my stuff stolen from the bathroom. And someone else had their shoes stolen from their bedside. Chairs are uncomfortable. Metal frame with plastic straps. They close everything down around midnight. No wifi signal in my bed. First day there, floor next to my bed was very slippery with soap. Heavy bag is hung too high. Can't do body shots. For those who don't like 5g, there's a tower right on the roof Lots of drama here. Lots of loud, rude, crazy people - even for a cheap hostel (I've been to about 100.) People spitting and blowing snot on the rooftop patio. One sink on the 2nd floor and the knob doesn't work much of the time. Kitchen has no basic utensils or microwave. Sink area always smells like feces. Not a great part of town. The cheapest hostel in CDMX, in historic center, was a better deal IMO. Only improvement really was the bed. I typed out a really long list of things I had a problem with, and then booking just deleted it all...so this list is not as complete as it should be.

It is sad that this hostel has gone from serving free breakfast to having NEITHER cutlery nor COOKWARE in the kitchen. The showers are still in very bad shape too with lots of leakage and almost zero faucet control.

The public bathroom had sinks that didn’t all work. The kitchen lacked utensils, plates, and bowls.

It was generally good. I had the space I needed to work without being disturbed. I liked how there was even a separate room with plug for me to work in. Hot shower worked great. All my issues were relating to water/lack there of. Sinks need to be fixed. Only one working sink for all bathroom users throughout the property. Having all these broken sinks gives a bad look. Should install drinkable water for users. Why not have a drinking water station? in the front lobby so people don't have to haul giant bottles from the store. Water should be freely available and accesible in a hostel.

We asked for a Female Room and the bathroom is inside, which is great since you no need to go out of the room. They just gave us bed sheets and instead of a duvet or something warmer, I received a kind of a table sheet, very thin so I have to use the bath towel I got, even though it felt very cold so I was unable to have a deep sleep and good resting.

Their phone number didn’t work. We were supposed to get picked up at the airport. They canceled on us as soon as we landed. I got us a private room for six people and on the website it said mix assuming gender mix but it ended up mixing us with a 20 people bedroom with six beds available. Wanted a refund but couldn’t get one because we checked it.

I already wrote in my other review… same stuff. Super nice for the price ? Nothing ?

The kitchen is on a covered rooftop area and there is open roof dining with a little bit of city view. Lots of cool murals, plants, and a game room where ppl play ping pong, etc, and a co-working space filled w digital nomads. The staff is nice. Maybe I happened to luck out but while I’m here there is this really cool communal vibe where everyone seems to be friends. Ppl make tea for the co-working space, and share cakes and food and it’s just a really nice, warm vibe. I really like it here. Honestly nothing. The water was out for a couple hours one day but I lived in India for ten years so that sort of thing would never bother me.

The Bed. Location seems far from it áĺl.

No WiFi. In my bunk. Local Oxxo always closed for whatever excuse. The Neighbor hood feels really dark and far from it all. But its really not. Ódd feeling. The kitchen has very old pots and pans , no silverwear, or dribking water. Would be nice to just have a filter connected to the faucet ... idk. Drinking Water in mexico gets expensive. Tv is Just for show. Like all the hostals i suppose.

ZERO HYGIENE. HEALTH CONCERNS. DISGUSTING PLACE. THE FILTHIEST BATHROOM I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. ONE BATHROOM FOR 12 PEOPLE. BEDS ARE DISGUSTING AND SMELL TERRIBLE. NO SPACE IN BETWEEN. THERE IS A CHARGE DEPOSIT OF $100 PESOS FOR A DIRTY TOWEL. DID NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. PREFERED TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MIDNIGHT.
