Está cerca del metro Bellas Artes, a 1 cuadra de la alameda. Camas cómodas. La zona no se siente tan segura. No hay aire acondicionado y si se necesita. El baño (taza) no tiene tapadera lo cual es raro. La televisión solo tenía canales de TV abierta.

Nothing, got to the hotel and was greeted with the most unhelpful and miserable hotel receptionist I have ever encountered, after 20 mins of pure ignorance on her behalf,gave up and booked another hotel 5 mins away and swallowed the cost of this one. Awful See above

Es un gran lugar, las camas y personal amable desde recepción hasta el restaurante super hamables, pedi unos pancakes y waffles para compartir en un picnic y les encantaron. Solo el internet en mi celular era horrible por alguna razón no servia pero en mi laptop sirvió. Otra es que a un lado de mi cuarto o no se donde pues habian quejidos de ya saben cual y si fue incomodo creí que solo seria un dia pero fueron los 5 días de día y de noche !!! Y eso que casi no estaba todo el día, incluso una noche llegue a las 12 am y estaban en lo mismo podrian hacer las paredes mas gruesas o pedirles que no hagan tanto ruido.

One day the cleaning lady didn't even show up, and when they saw us they asked if we wanted the cleaning done, which is supposed to be done every day. One day maintenance staff painted something in the next room, and the room I was in smelled strongly of paint thinner all night.
