Location and some staff The fact that it took them two days and repeated requests to replenish the shampoo and body gel bottle in the shower. Also, the sink is right nets to the bed.

We could hear all of the noise from the kitchen in our room at night so we didn’t sleep well.

Some sanack after midnight

Friendly staff 24 hour security. Room was comfortable and clean.

It was ok except for the fact they stole my carrera shades from the room, asked the staff but said they knew nothing about it. The fact my shades were stolen.

Noisy

Bathroom doesn't have a door our curtains, so all the light enters in the morning. Toilet and shower have a cristal clear door, so no privacy to use. No minibar available. Breakfast doesn't worth it.

The location was perfect One of the nights, part of the staff screamed at the reception. And because my room was right next to it, I woke up startled. The other thing, they didn’t respect Booking price. They charged more, so I felt robbed.

Breakfast was ok, room was clean Even when the area it is located is supposed to be safe, the entrance to the Hotel is very scary, door is in a very narrow alley. The room I got was literally next to the reception, in fact it was like 1 meter from the reception desk, so it was very noisy at dawn. Rooms are very basic for the price they charge

Room was close to the front desk so there was some noise very early in the morning.

The location was awesome! Right in the middle of a lot of stuff! If you don't have a car, no need to worry because there is a lot to do and see within walking distance. At night the street lights up, and there are so many people out and it's just so cool to see. The room was super clean, a little small, but perfect for what i needed... a clean space to sleep and get ready for the day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I should have checked to see if there was onsite parking... there wasn't. Not too big of a deal though, you will most likely find parking on the street and pay the meter. Another thing that I found a bit weird, was that the bathroom doesn't have a door. The shower and the toilet felt like they were in a glass cage. lol Other than that there are no real complaints.

Everything. It was very comfortable and I had an amazing time. There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like, if I had to say one thing I’d probably say just the view, I didn’t get a room with a view with the angel of the city but It still didn’t bother me at all. I had a great time and like I said the room was very comfortable.

I liked the location, the breakfast, and the size of the room. Most of the staff were helpful except for those at the front desk who seemed distracted. Also, there should be a way to have a mini-fridge in the room, or a way to obtain ice.

Room wasn't cleaned properly when we checked in. Smelt like male urine specifically. Unable to get fresh air, only air conditioning. Stuffy room Staff were nice, so was breakfast bar. Cleanliness, was expensive for what it was.

Party all over couldn’t sleep need my money back Clubs all around till 5am who tha heck can rest ???
